This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok. Room clean and parking ok.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable. Avoid room 809 as the pumping equipment room for the pool on the 10th floor is directly above and may be noisy. Very helpful staff.

Very comfortable, great pool, close to the center, incredible breakfast with lot of choices especially cold salmon and beef (however scrambled eggs not recommended)

This was my second time staying here and what brought me back was the beautiful swimming pool on the top floor with a great view of the park across the street. The pool is long enough and deep enough for lap swimming, and just the right temperature. There's a small but lovely hot tub next to the pool. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which has many options. And I would like to thank Jakub and Artur for their help in selecting an excellent room for me and for providing tourist information on Łódź--personally delivered to my room. The Hampton down the street is more conveniently located--being adjacent to Piotrkowska Centrum, where most of the city trams stop--but I'll keep going back to the DoubleTree because of the pool, the breakfast, and the service.

I was planning to visit Łódź in April. On 9th March while doing the reservation by mistake I booked the room for that night. I was trying to contact the reception desk to move it to the correct date but even though I called 15 times I was not able to connect. As it was the last minute booking I was not able to cancel it without the penalty I was charged the no show fee. On Monday 11th I called the reservation department asking if there is anything they can do to cancel the penalty charge and move my booking to April. The lovely lady from reservation department said she will check with her manager and come back to me - unfortunately that did not happen. I called week later and again I was told that they need to check what can they do… well… still waiting for the answer….

Hinton is always Hilton, negative remark the employee (lady) at the reception. I was 25 min late for the check out, and she called me and invite me yo leave the room immediately. I asked if i could use a conference room or some quiet place for a conference call and she said NO, i motivated my request because the music was loud in the hotel Hall and she just replied , it is what it is. Pity as hotel is amazing , i have been here 3-4 times already and i geel sorry to write such a review just because of one employee.

Tried this hotel for the first time after usually staying at Puro. Rooms are large and well appointed with adequate bathroom. Restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast. Service was fine. About 15mins walk to restaurants and bar area.

Nice clean modern hotel, friendly staff. Rooms spacious with plenty of sockets and good internet connections. Bathrooms spotless and well maintained. Restaurant and bar restaurant had a good selection on the menu. Vegetarian options in restaurant a bit bland. About 5-10 min taxi ride from main *****…. Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a bargain if you use hilton points at 20000 points a night. Breakfast is excellent, better than in many five star hotels, and it’s free for Diamond members. Parking is a bit expensive at 60 zl a night, but underground garage has decent size spots. Our room had everything we needed including iron, safe and slippers.

We came for a girls weekend out and we were super happy with the quality of the hotel - the receptionist was very patient (imagine 8 girls checking in at the same time ;)), helpful and informative, the rooms spacious and cozy, with great view to the park, swimming pool on top floor and SPA service (I went for the relaxing massage) was tip top too but the cherry on the cake was definitelay breakfast with great choice of goodies and even with your own juicer and waffle machines - that was WOW!

First time visiting Lodz and what an excellent place to stay! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and well-appointed with all the basics! I was on the 9th floor with a pretty decent view of the city. Very quiet. Though my HVAC was broken for my 4-night stay (in room temp hovered around 72-76 without the window open), I didn't want to move all my stuff to another room (that was offered multiple times due to how much stuff I'd have to completely repack and move -- the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. The best breakfast buffet - even by American standards - was amazing. Everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to fresh fruits, yogurts, pastries, etc. Very impressive! The lounge/bar area was attractive and well-situated. The staff was attentive and friendly. The entire hotel was aesthetically pleasing. Modern. Comfortable. Safe. The only thing that this hotel could do to improve the comfort: replace the beds with newer bedding (the bed was the only thing that wasn't comfortable). I would definitely recommend and return! PS: Don't forget to bring a power converter/adapter combo!!
