We were 4 on a trip between Lombardie / Vénétie. We shared a room for 4 which was nice, very clean and well equipped . Breakfast was excellent with a many choices . The hotel is quiet and has a very nice park with some kids activities . You cas also enjoy a fitness room. There is also a pool but not try as we were in April. Very good choice !

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Front desk disorganised - no information given about breakfast, check out time, bar area etc. Shocked as this is a business hotel. Staff need training on customer service! Check in was a disaster. Our Rooms were booked as a group and we were told they would be ready for 2pm. After waiting for 2 hours in the reception area at 4pm we decided not to waste anymore time and went out. We were promised the luggage would be taken to the room once allocated. When we returned we had to queue again and explained to the unhelpful receptionist that we had checked in earlier but the rooms were not allocated. When I went to my room the Luggage was not there so back down to reception. Unfortunately they didn’t know where it was so had to look for it and told me they would bring it up. I refused this offer. A few minutes later my colleagues appeared with the same problem. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was the most disorganised reception area I have ever encountered. A member of the party was given a key to another guests room not in our group. Therefore I didnt trust leaving my key at reception because of this. Restaurant: We booked a table for 7pm at the restaurant. When we arrived we were told it didn’t open until 7.30pm so another 30 minute wait. Terrible food and definitely not fine dining. Poor quality and most of the party left their food as it was inedible. 2 didn’t receive their order and 1 person received their order twice. Kitchen completely Disorganised. I’m think it’s run by the reception staff so I would avoid at all costs. Definitely the worse meal in Milan. Room: My Room was big and clean but extremely dated. Very hard bed. Poor Lighting. No soundproofing so I could hear word for my word my neighbours phone calls (at 5am). Location: The Train station was very near which is the only good thing about this hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. At best a 3 star but at a push. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning.

For access to Milan’s top sights and boutique shops, hop on the metro at Assago Milanofiori Forum station and be there in just 15 minutes. NH Milano Congress Centre has 255 rooms, each offering free Wi-Fi. The hotel’s Superior rooms come with extras such as tea and coffee makers, bathrobes and slippers. A delicious fresh breakfast is offered at the cozy Quadrifoglio restaurant which also serves a varied international menu as well as excellent classic Italian dishes. Enjoy breakfast until noon along with complimentary late check-out when you stay on a Sunday. If you prefer to unwind with a drink and a snack, sink back into one of our cozy sofas in the hotel bar. นี่คือโรงแรมที่ฉันชอบเมื่อฉันเดินทางไปทํางานที่มิลาน ห้องพักดีมากเตียงสามารถนอนหลับได้ดี แต่ครั้งสุดท้ายที่ฉันรู้สึกหนาวเพราะห้องไม่อบอุ่นจริงๆ อาหารเช้าก็ดีมากและอาหารที่นี่ก็ดีมากเช่นกัน ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือโรงแรมไม่มีให้อะไรเมื่อมาถึงทุกอย่างมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมโดยเฉพาะค่าน้ํา 3 ยูโร
