Our stay at the Banyan Tree was an exceptional experience, lasting for a total of 7 nights. It stands out as the finest luxury resort I have ever visited, surpassing other high-end hotels and resorts I have experienced in the past. The location, although an hour away from the town, offers a secluded and tranquil setting amidst lush greenery, with stunning views of the mountains and beach. The attentive and accommodating staff ensured top-notch service throughout our stay, even providing small locally-made souvenirs each evening that reflected Vietnamese culture. From the warm welcome by the resort manager upon arrival to the romantic bath prepared for us on our last night, every detail was carefully thought out. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Enjoyed staying at Banyantree Langco. Nice beach in a very private area. I love the Saffron afternoon tea time and cocktails of ThuQuan bar. Our villa manager Phung was very attentive and kind. Thank you!

I traveled solo with my two daughters. They were very accommodating, and any issues I inquired about were quickly resolved.

Great view wonderful service but poor location to be honest, but if you want to run away from the city life, its best plsce to go

Very welcoming staff everyone is friendly and tried their best to resolve client issues , a lot of places to take great photos , kids scare of the insects but that is part of natural life we understand, great spa therapist and good deal to buy as package, network WiFi signal is poor if outside at the water activity area , similar to banyan tree resorts worldwide our butler BICH tried to help and book appointment for the family during our stay , thanks BT team, a lot of complimentary services , just team can have rooms to improve on English part, other than that we very much enjoyed the stay as family

I visited banyantree lang co may 2023. and it was my second year. but I think I should come real soon again. Very nice service from taxi drop lobby throught to checkout. Stunning cliff view and sea view from the balcony and pool. Breakfast restaurant and dinning was fantastic. especially thanks to phung, my villa manager. She has done everything to support my holiday :)

The stay at Banyan is worth the trip. While the sea is a bit rough during monsoon season, the staff makes your stay as comfortable as can be.

The whole stay was amazing!! We were there for 3 days and 2 nights, it was raining the entire time but it wasn't as bad as it sounds. The location was pretty much in the middle of nowhere but I don't think anyone who stayed here was planning to leave the resort anyway. Our villa was so nice, loved the bath tub. Special shoutout to Man - our host, very attentive and responsive, Ken (not sure if we got his name right) - our archery/ ATV instructor, the 1 hour ATV ride was the highlight of the trip and Loc - our Destination Dining host, went above and beyond to get my boyfriend a chocolate cake replacement for the lemon tart they had offered (nothing wrong with it, he just wasnt a fan of lemon). All staff were super friendly and polite. Cant wait to come back when the weather is great.

location was about one hr away by car from the airport. its secluded in a good way if you are just looking to relax and not to travel to the city. plenty of activities for everyone to do from atv to hiking to cooking classes. room was well furnished and very large and could accommodate 6 adults comfortably. the highlight was the private pool and terrace in the villa overlooking the vast ocean. free bicycles are also provided. facilities are shared with angsana hotel next door so the whole area is huge

Amazing experience. Excellent service and tasty food. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. Spa is a must try, which made me have a good sleep. The only downside is that there seems to be a mistake that I'm going on a domestic flight so when the shuttle bus driver dropped us off at the international flight entrance, we had to spend some time with luggages to find the right entrance. The airport staffs helped us so we got it. But anyway, I still like the warm and kind experience here.
