Aluasoul Carolina provided an unforgettable experience. The hotel's most outstanding feature was the exceptional hospitality displayed by its staff. From the friendly reception team to the warm smiles of the bar and restaurant workers, not to mention the attentive lifeguards by the pool, we were consistently welcomed with open arms. Special thanks to Alex, Gadi, Robert, Carlos, Daniel, Sergio, Samu, Mary, Antonio, and Victoria for making our stay so enjoyable. While I had the pleasure of interacting with these individuals, I'm confident that there were others within the team who exhibited similar dedication and hard work. The impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel created a truly homely atmosphere, and we were pleased to find everything well-maintained. It was as if we were in the comfort of our own home. One person who stood out as the soul of the hotel was Edwin, the entertainment manager. His dedication to providing top-notch entertainment each night, aligning with the hotel's policies, was truly impressive. More than just the entertainment, it was Edwin's character and respectfulness that left a lasting impression. You could sense his genuine passion for his work, and that positivity was contagious. Bingo! Aluasoul Carolina is highly recommended for couples seeking a peaceful and respectful retreat. It's an oasis for those looking to unwind and enjoy tranquility. However, if we were to offer any critique, it would be regarding the food. While the quality of the cuisine was unquestionable, during an extended stay, such as ours, the breakfast menu might become repetitive. But this minor point did little to detract from the overall excellent experience we had at Aluasoul Carolina. Here are some additional tips to enhance your stay: - For convenient transportation, consider the shuttle bus service between Palma airport and the hotel. It takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and costs 30 euros for two people. Alternatively, taxis and vans are available, albeit at a higher cost. Get in touch with the hotel to obtain additional details and assistance. - To explore the charming Cala Ratjada city, you can use the nearby bus station. A bus ride costs 4 euros if you pay by card. It's an economical and convenient way to discover the area. - If you have a car, there are parking slots in front of the hotel, although they may incur an additional cost. - The all-inclusive package offers a variety of drinks that you can enjoy in the pool or in the lobby, making your stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there are premium drink options available, but these come at an additional cost. - If you need cigarettes or other items, vending machines in the hotel are stocked. Be sure to have 5 or 10 euro notes on hand. The hotel also designates specific smoking areas for your convenience. - No need to be concerned if you arrive well in advance of the check-in time or if your flight departs many hours after check-out. 2nd time visiting this hotel. 1st trip it was fantastic, this time round not so great! Both times we have gone with the all inclusive package (blue wristband) and paid an extra premium for a double frontal sea view room. During 1st visit, every morning when the room was cleaned / made up, the fridge was replenished with x2 bottles of water and other drinks. This time round, that didn’t happen, nor were the rooms supplied with dressing robes and disposable slippers. We just put it down to cost cutting and accepted it. Not knowing this however, I had disposed of my empty water bottles that were in the room on arrival so I asked at reception for another bottle. I was rudely told that I shouldn’t have thrown the 2 that were initially provided and I couldn’t have another one unless I paid for it. I was quite taken back by this as I was made to feel quite small by the reception staff in-front of quite a few people, it was very embarrassing. I paid the €2.80 for the bottle of water, for the record, having to pay for it isn’t an issue, it was the manner in which I was treated. The over the next few days, having a conversation with some people by the pool who mentioned how much they liked having a fresh orange juices in their fridges every morning. We asked them about this and they said every morning their fridges were replenished and they had the dressing robes etc as we did on our first visit!! They were exactly the same package as us, all Inclusive with the blue wristband! Having heard this, I was clearly a little disappointed so spoke to reception who proceeded to tell me, again in a very rude and condescending manner, only people staying on the upper floors are entitled to this service!! Not quite sure as how this is possible as we stayed in exactly the same rooms as we did last year on the 4th floor and, are on the same all inclusive package as others with no difference in the blue wristbands. A day before we were due to leave, surprise surprise, our fridge in the room was full however, I was billed for the drink on check out!!! Very, very disappointed. We really liked this hotel, hence returning this year. After this experience, we won’t be returning again.

We love the hotel, the service and the food...beautiful location...we really enjoyed the hospitality...

Hotels location is great for people to stay for two night and have their own car. It's in a lovely bay with a beach entrance and lovely views of sunrise. Room is very bright and spacious, minimalistic but you do have everything you need there. Shower open spacious. Clean and tidy areal. Breakfast as usual for that size of hotel, nothing special but a good selection.

Our stay was amazing. Every room faces towards the ocean. Our balcony had a fantastic view and we opened up the patio doors to hear the ocean waves at night and early in the morning. It was perfect. The beach inlet was very nice. The whole staff was so attentive to our needs. The manager, Olivia was so nice. She always asked us how we were doing and if there was anything we needed on a daily basis. The waitstaff was pretty awesome, Rita, Gadi, Antonio, Samuel, and the bar attendant, Mary all took care of my husband and myself. Chef Alejandro's food at the pool bar was on point. The reception desk attendees Sinue and Carlos were also extremely helpful with excursions, grabbing transportation, any questions we asked all while constantly having a smile on their faces. Our only compliant was the food choices at the buffet. The food was pretty bland. The food as I had previously read on many other reviews was mediocre and geared towards the German population, as 3/4 of the guest were German. Even the singer for the entertainment on the first night we arrived was singing in German. Maybe if the hotel switched it up a bit for other foreign travelers and add more food choices, then I would have given it a 5 star.

The hotel was really lovely and the staff made the stay memorable. Only room for improvement was the food. I’m allergic to seafood/fish and dairy so struggled with the food. Would be good to have more on offer for lunch and dinner.

Adult only très appréciable. Globalement un bon séjour, très reposant. Nous avions déjà séjourné en 2020 dans cet hôtel, et y sommes revenus car nous avions apprécié. Des progrès ont été faits sur la nourriture, sa variété et sa qualité. Une fausse note : vol de médicaments dans notre chambre. Bien dommage car celà entache un peu l'excellente image que nous avons eue de l'ensemble du personnel.
