My husband and I only stayed at Hotel Emonec for 1 night. It was a small, basic hotel with no frills but suited us fine. The hotel itself has a weird layout and we had to carry our suitcase up 3 flights of stairs and through a maze of corridors (with no lift). It was fine for us, but I imagine those with mobility issues would struggle. Also, there was no luggage rack in our room which was a struggle as we had to lay our opened suitcase in the middle of the floor and walk around/over it. However, in terms of location this hotel is excellent! It is bang in the centre of Ljubljana's main streets. We appreciated being so close to all the attractions and restaurants.

This is a great place for families and we enjoyed staying in family room for 5 that is walking distance from everywhere in centre of wonderful Ljubljana. The hotel is excellent value for families. Breakfast for 5 Euros was also good value.
Friendly staff and place to store luggage.

It was an easy walk from the bus station and in the heart of the old part of the city.
The staff was welcoming and answered all our questions. We ate breakfast each day (for 5 euro each) and felt it was adequate.
Our only complaint was that you can hear outside noise easily and our room faced onto the entrqnce where people gathered.
Overall, it was fine!

My stay here was very pleasing. I had a great time in Slovenia and can’t wait to go back. The hotel is very close to everything and centrally located. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows since they were very u and hard compared to the mattress. Also, they charged me ahead of time without notice and before the stipulated date. Other than that the stay was excellent.
