Very poor. Displayed wrong picture. Poor room service. Cold water. Broken drawer and tv stand. Unsatisfied

The hotel is not clean that much. It’s a bit noisy because there is a bar down stair. On the day I live, there is no hot water.

The hotel is relatively small, but relatively clean, but the curtains are not good for privacy, so if you have no requirements for personal privacy, you can go here, it is a good choice

A bit smelly and the room is too small and old.

【良かったところ】 ・Liverpool Lime Street液から近い。 ・安い。 【悪いところ】 ・部屋が汚い。 ・シーツにホコリがついており洗ったにも関わらず聖潔さにかける ・湯沸かし器に水が残っていた。清潔さに欠く。 ・スリッパがない。 ・便器と洗面台が隣接していてトイレをしにくい。 ・強風で窓がうるさい。 ・部屋全体が汚い。 ・アメニティが無い。

設施少了點。不怎麼舒服，但便宜。

Great comfortable bed, lots of towels and spot on cleanliness. Friendly staff. Close enough to Lime Street Station and other attractions.

We stayed here for one night on 15th Dec 2023. The hotel is great for the price and the room was spacious. The only thing we found tough was that the bathroom was too tiny. The washing basin is really tiny and the water heater was not functioning well.

Room was basic with windows but very clean and tidy.Beds good so good nights sleep.Shiwer head bracket broken but shiwer hot.In general ideal for an add nights stay

A cheap and basic hotel in the heart of the city centre! Tiny basic comfortable room. Rebecca at the front desk was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and polite!

Dodgy electrical sockets, lack of pillows and towels, kettle had to placed on floor to use it. Room was booked for 3 but only had condiments for 2. Flooring in halls had gaps between the laminate panels. Very noisy residents.

Very basic, would not stay again . Very small bathroom . Floor dirty, my feet were dirty walking around bare footed.

We were not impressed the room was like a box , bleach hit you straight away , asked for refunded , policy is to go through you or email the hotels boss , so asked could we change room , and had to pay a further £90 , SO £117 .50 plus £90 , for smell of bleach , nowhere to put anything in bathroom , no side tables , have stayed in liverpool , quite a lot , , very disappointed with all of basic rooms , dont think we stay there again .
