I had a really great stay at this hostel. The location was perfect and everything was easy to access by walking or public transport. The staff were very kind and welcoming from the first day, which made me feel comfortable as a traveler from another country. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the atmosphere of the hostel because it was easy to meet people from different countries and have conversations in the common area. It felt social but still relaxed at the same time. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and the overall place felt safe during my stay. I especially enjoyed the view around the hostel and the local neighborhood atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this city. Thank you for the good memories and hospitality!

Nice washroom with hairdryer and mirror inside. However no shower gel provided.

Overall, my stay was quite okay. Compared with other hostels, this one is still acceptable. The environment and other aspects were generally satisfactory. However, there were some drawbacks: the kitchen does not have gas, which is inconvenient for cooking; the air conditioning in the four-bed dormitory was broken and was not repaired promptly. The room was also quite noisy, which affected sleep. Overall, despite these issues, I would still say that this hostel is acceptable compared with other hostels.

They are very good at their job—professional, friendly, and efficient. They kept everything clean and tidy. I’d rate my experience 9/10. The receptionist was especially cordial, welcoming me warmly and explaining everything clearly. Thanks to her and the entire team for their excellent service.

it was good kitchen was tpo good tbh never expected such a good homely feel kitchen haha

One of the nicest staff we could ever have. Comfy stay and definitely recommend for those who plan for a short stay around here.

My flight was cancelled. The hotel management was requested for a refund, but it was not issued.

Great stay in a clean and well-located hostel I had a great experience staying at this hostel in Lisbon. The location is perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The place was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful reception from staff, basic but nice accommodation in very good location
