Excellent hotel and staff were amazing. the only criticism is that the hotel was booked as it said it had a gym, but this was not the case so we were a bit disappointed about that. Otherwise a great stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, at an excellent location. It does not have a grand lobby, but is very comfortable. Room came with a complimentary decanter full of port, which was much appreciated Rooms are large, full working order and generally very comfortable as well Breakfast the next morning is a small buffet, with everything you could possible want. Excellent food quality, including freshly brewed coffee . Overall highly recommend

本次歐洲行程最滿意的酒店就是這家，服務態度好，房間雖然有點舊但維護的很好且很寬敞，附贈的餐食和飲品很多，強烈推薦！！ 這家酒店算是一個精品小酒店，服務在歐洲算是非常好的，前台英語非常好，且很熱情，會提醒房客注意天氣，防範小偷等等。 房間比較有歷史感，但是做了很多現代化改造，床頭和梳粧台都有無線手機充電器和轉換插頭，特別適合遊客。 酒店附贈早餐和下午茶，下午茶從四點到九點，有各種酒水、點心，特別適合坐下來聊聊天休息一下。早餐和下午茶都在一樓大廳的圖書館，有一種在漂亮客廳裏吃飯聊天的感覺，很愜意。酒店每間房還贈送了葡萄酒，意外的很好喝，算是小小驚喜了。 綜合來看，這家店性價比很高，會讓你有一種物超所值的感覺。

Hotel con personalidad, habitaciones y zonas comunes restauradas con gusto, y al mismo tiempo con un servicio excelente y detalles de otra época, como tener té y café, y pastéis y bizcochos a la hora de la merienda, o la botella de Porto en la habitación. Muy buen desayuno y aparcamiento al lado del hotel.

駅から近く、サービスがとても良かったです。毎日ホテルのロビーでナタが食べられて美味しかったです。朝ごはんもワインがあって、おいしくいただきました。

酒店環境很復古且英式，最令人難忘的是前台服務小姐姐特別體貼的追出來送雨傘，當天上午出門的時候天氣晴朗，以為是個晴天，結果真的中午下起來了雷陣雨，這把雨傘救了我們，太感謝體貼温柔且愛笑的前台服務小姐姐了～給我們在里斯本留下了最深刻的印象

酒店位置好去那都方便，工作人員服務熱情，還提醒我們出門小心扒手，外出房鎖匙放前台。早晨品種不算多，但出品認真，好吃

入住體驗很差。浴缸排水口非常臟，裏面全是黑色污垢，使用時感到非常噁心。 當晚酒店滿房，前台表示無法換房，衹能讓我繼續住下。這種處理方式讓我覺得非常不負責任。 我拍照錄像反饋後，酒店衹給了一張下次入住的房券作為補償。但我已經離開葡萄牙，這樣的補償完全沒有意義。 短時間內就發現衞生問題這麼嚴重，對這家酒店的清潔和管理都失去了信任。不會再入住，也不推薦。

建物は古いが、部屋は広くて、ちょっと前は重厚なホテルであったと思われる。古いエレベーターが面白い。家具調度品はよいものが多く、コルクの床や、大理石の洗面、浴室が良い。フロントも感じがよい。アメニティは、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ。バスローブとスリッパがあった。バスタブがありましたが、洗面台の水が出なかった。そのかわりお湯が適温で出た。お値段の割に朝食は、良い内容であった。冷蔵庫には、水や炭酸がありフリーでした。チェリー酒、インスタントコーヒーや紅茶のティーバッグがあった。おおむね満足でした。

精品酒店，很復古，氛圍我很喜歡。房間很美，裏面有免費的葡萄酒，每天睡前一杯超讚！服務人員超級棒，有禮貌，也幫了我超多忙——我的箱子鎖壞了，他們立馬幫我解決了問題，有求必應，服務一流。地理位置也不錯的

在里斯本最後的一晚，本想着隨便湊合住一晚的，沒想到超出預期的好！ 從裝修風格可以看出很老派，設備維護的很新，床鋪很乾凈，我甚至沒有鋪一次性床單。 入住還會送兩家博物館的門票，免費參觀。 大堂的工作人員服務態度很好！😊 寄存行李沒有時間限制，很方便，因為我們是凌晨的飛機。上午追完海豚，參觀完修道院，晚上看好夜場電影F1正好回酒店拿行李趕飛機。
