The staff was nice and had a cake sent to the room for my birthday . The hotel itself was average. We booked through a third party app, so we got stuck in a small room on the first floo,, the toilet didn't flush that well, and it made the room smell bad. We were also on a floor that required us to carry our suitcases to get to our room. They helped upon check-in, but it was an awkward set-up. The location was great! The website was more impressive than the hotel.

Things I love about this hotel: 1. Location - 1million/10 - super central, walking distance to everything, near all public transpos, shops and restaurants everywhere all within less than a min or 2 mins walking 2. Staff - 1million.1/10 - friendly, very helpful, attentive. One thing I could not forget is that I had an early morning flight and their breakdast buffet doesnt start until 7:30AM. The hotel staff had prepared a breakfast box for me to go to bring to the airport. 3. Check in - 1000/10 - their check in isnt until 12nn, but thankfully for me, my room was ready and they let me in early. I opted to roam around and leave my luggage and upon return, they had already put my luggage in my room. 4. Breakfast spread - 7-10 - good selection 5. Aesthetic details - 8/10 - garden, themed floors and rooms 6. Welcome gifts - cute/10 - a letter, a free drink, and a discounted lunch meal What could be better: 1. Bathroom - a little bit tight especially the shower area. Its the typical European bath tub. Shower is great though, strong pressure and easy to use, and doesnt run out of hot water, but space is a bit small. Might be a problem for elderly people.

Perfect location. Walkable to everywhere and the Hop On Hop Off Buss was right around the corner. The food at this restaurant is awesome too. Definitely get the sea bass and mash potatoes. The room was clean, stocked and perfect size for my stay. Highly recommended this hotel. Will definitely be coming back again.

The Internacional Design Hotel is in a perfect location as you can easily walk to many tourist sites from there. The rooms are spacious and well decorated.

Останавливалась на неделю в марте 2025, номер на одного человека. Исходя из названия отеля, ожидала каких-то красивых интерьеров, но не увидела их. 10 из 10 за расположение отеля. В историческом центре, в самом начале местной пешеходной улицы, 2 минуты пешком до метро и автобусов, 5 минут до железнодорожного вокзала. Магазинов рядом тоже достаточно. Отель в старом историческом здании, занимает один подъезд пятиэтажного дома. Есть лифт. Завтраки хорошие, есть и овощи, и фрукты, и зелень, и традиционные яйца, сосиски, йогурты, национальные пирожные и даже шампанское. При заселении дают литр воды и купон на бокал портвейна в ресторане.

ロケーションは地下鉄Rossio駅からすぐなのでかなり便利です。近くにはレストランや有名なナタのお店があるので夜遅くなっても安心して過ごせます。 宿泊当日にエレベーターが故障して滞在中の4日間直ることはなかったです。

Отель с прекрасным расположением - самый центр, до всего рядом или удобно добираться. Выходишь и попадаешь в центр жизни. Отзывчивый, внимательный персонал. Неплохой завтрак. Единственный минус - полностью отсутствует звукоизоляция, шум с улицы в твоём номере, как будто открыто окно

第一晚入住（我是從馬德里轉去葡萄牙里斯本的）沒有熱水，無法洗澡。一問説是設備在維修！問他們什麼時候能修好？説是今晚肯定能修好。我把情況彙報給了攜程客服。客服第一時間幫我尋找了附近的一家酒店，讓我暫時住一宿那邊。我想既然今晚能修好，明早起床再洗澡也不是不可以。攤開了東西再收拾也挺費勁的。因此選擇忍一晚再説。結果第二天早晨還是沒有熱水，問前台什麼情況？到底什麼時候能修好。告訴我説不知道什麼時候能修好！哈哈！這樣的酒店我看還是關門算了！因為這家酒店。讓我對葡萄牙人生出了厭惡之情！當時立即我又把情況彙報給了攜程客服。攜程客服迅速做出反應，推薦了一家酒店給我。讓我退房。剩下的事有他們去解決。最終這家酒店耍賴皮不給退後麪三晚的房費。但是攜程把錢補給了我！這件事讓我堅定繼續！必須！和已經合作了20多年的攜程一直合作下去！

非常好的位置，所有的經典景點都在周邊，很容易就可以走路到達。早餐很棒。周圍的美食餐廳滿足你所有要求。里斯本旅遊非常合適的一家酒店
