Excelente localização, mas tinha um cheiro desagradável a tinta ou mofo. Pequeno almoço interessante e pessoal simpático.

酒店算方便十衛生，陽台房，只限最高楼層，景觀好，但只可以行楼梯，所以有腳患，請勿訂陽台房，其他尚算不錯。

Casa do Jasmin is an absolute gem of a hotel. Situated in Principe Real at the top of Lisbon's Old Town it is the perfect place to start exploring this fabulous city. The hotel has a real family feel and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with homemade produce from their farm interspersed with everything you would expect to find. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and nibbles are available all day. We stayed on the top floor and had a fantastic panoramic view of the city and bridge beyond. It did mean climbing several flights of stairs as there is no lift but if you are in Lisbon, climbing steep hills is one thing you can't escape. We found a great square (Jardim Fialho de Almeida) nearby where the locals congregate in the evenings for drinks and music that is surrounded by local restaurants - well away from the tourist traps. We also found a great bar - The Royal Vessel, great wine and cocktails. We will certainly be returning

A disappointing overall experience. The hotel is a bit dingy, relying on its quirkiness to distract from its need for a good clean and adequate furniture. There was nowhere in our room to put our clothes - no cupboard to hang anything and no drawers. Overall it felt like a glorified hostel for the price of a 4 star hotel. I liked the location and we had a nice view from our window. The outside space is quite shaded, and in late May was too chilly to sit outside for breakfast or after a day out and about. We could hear the people upstairs walking about, presumably in normal ways but as it's an old building, it really felt like they were stamping around. Woke us up on the first night at around 2am when they came home. Made us aware when we came home late the next night to take our shoes off and be quiet for the people below us. Like that the drinks, coffee, pastries available all day. A couple staff members were wonderful, others really quite dreadful and unhelpful.

Super place, cozy spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed Orange juice and home made humus. The hotel service very nice and helpful. The location also very good - close to communication (bus, tram) but also 20 minutes on foot from the very centre. In the area there are many bars and restaurants, including the traditional Portuguese cuisine.

Very cosy authentic Hotel with great view over the City and Waterfront. Varied breakfast and friendly and helpfull staff. We booked an extra night to enjoy it a bit longer. There is no lift, you need to be bit sporty to take all stairs.

The staff were WONDERFUL--always ready to answer questions. They were able to change my room after several days from street-side to one overlooking the garden. Denise Delgado had the cheeriest "Good Morning" for everyone--she deserves a gold star on her name tag! This was also a great location in the Bairro Alto--in a residential neighborhood, but just two blocks from the Jardim do Principe Real, a neighborhood park with a magnificent, ancient cedar pavilion on a main street that will lead you all the way to the river front. It's just a few blocks to an amazing scenic overlook of the Baixa district, and you can catch the Gloria tram down to the Rosso train station and shops. Had a GREAT dinner at the Lost In restaurant, just three blocks from the hotel. Walking EVERYWHERE from this hotel lets you experience the city's unique neighborhoods. Once you're down at the river front, take the train from Cais do Sodre station out to Belem, Cascais, and Estoril. (Walk from Cascais to Estoril and board the train back from there.)

The Principe Real area is an isolated height packed with attractions, so Casa do Jasmim offers a lot just to those walking around it. We happily walked to dinner for over a week with a different cuisine every night. Great city oversights, the most enjoyable city cathedral, a local tram, the best chocolate shop in the city, a botanical garden, and access below to the metro. There is a not an easy option for get back to the area after visiting elsewhere in the Lisbon area. We took a few Ubers up the hill. The hotel itself offers early (for Lisbon) and tasty breakfasts, convenient but secure access, good room service, an available office, and a bed-and-breakfast feel. Around the corner, on the park, is the embassy for Emirates (UAE) -- only the best.

A very cozy Guest House, in a perfect location. The manager, Bruna, is an essential element in this hotel. From the greeting to the check out her energy and kindness makes this place feel like home. Attentive to everything, always with a smile and a nice word to say. Thanks

Wonderful space. Lovely staff. Great location in Principe Real. The staff here was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I needed some special arrangements and they were above and beyond. Our room had a small kitchen and eating area. It was great to have the option to stay in to eat. There are many restaurants and bars in the area if you want to go out as well.

Great location in a central area with restaruants, parks and transpotration. We had a 3rd floor family appartment. Two rooms and a shower. Everything was amazing, including the breakfast and a very friendly stuff. We've been struggling not having an elevator, but I guess, you cant find such old house with an elevator. In addition, it would be great to have a small sitting area and not just one chair. The price was pretty high, probably due to the season.
