Nice hotel, good location, the beach is perfect

Pros: Many additional perks included in the price, such as airport transfer and a photo session. Anisa was incredibly caring and supportive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, complemented by a welcoming set of fruit and chocolates. The garden and pools were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. Cons: The furniture in the room seemed worn out, with some pieces in need of renovation. Lastly, the food in the Chinese restaurant, though decent, did not meet the high expectations set by its promotion.

The room that we stayed in (private pool room) was absolutely stunning. The privacy of the pool was ideal and perfect for some fantastic times. There was a fair bit of building work going on, but that just makes us want to come back to see what changes. Breakfast was superb and the service was A* - more on that next...(Kit) So, Alisa (our liaison) was incredible, she fixed any issues and made herself very available over WeChat to make anything and everything happen for us. She is a truly lovely and professional lady. I hope I see her when we stay again (Philippa) 😊👏

What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. The service was good, and the butler, Vida, was great and helped us a lot. The facilities were great too, the gym, the swimming pool, the access to the beach. Breakfast was not the best, but decent. Location was nice at the beachfront, but a little out of the way for other activities we wanted to do outside of Lingshui.

A wonderful hotel in a super clean and quiet area called Clearwater Bay. The service from Diana was excellent and she helped us to settle in and provided everything we needed with her brilliant hospitality. The breakfast quality was high, a great swimming pool and a nice private beach. The room was big with stunning views! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

來陵水不住萊佛士酒店，都會有點遺憾，酒店成了陵水的標誌，此次行程原計劃是住兩晚，因整體行程調整過，所以衹住了一晚，從入住前後體驗感很好，感謝管家王給我們的房型來了個兩連升級從園林房升級到燈塔海景房，酒店白天有景夜間有景，很出片
