Sure its a great hotel and people are very nice, rooms are great and sure its a beautiful hotel but...... Its big, Big building and many rooms so the Spa is allways occupied and restaurants booked. We had our breakfast list outside our door but it wasn't delivered. After waiting en called and it to another hour to reach our room. Coffee and eggs Benedict was cold. The we came to our room in the evening the trolley with the remains of our breakfast was still parked in front of our door. The next morning we discovered that there was no refill of coffee and sucker. Doest fit the signs at the front door SUPERIOR

Fuchs! ไม่มีคําถามมากเกินไปและเขาได้รับการบริการอย่างดีตลอด! ไม่เหมือนร้านอาหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เจ้าเสริฟแอนโทนี่กระจายความวุ่นวายในหมู่ครูฝึกงานทําให้ไม่มั่นใจให้คําสั่งไม่มีทางเลือก! นักฝึกสองคนเป็นมิตรและมืออาชีพมากเสมอ แอนโทนี่เป็นมิตรกับผมเสมอแต่โดยพฤติกรรมของเขากับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ข้าไม่สามารถเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารของข้าพเจ้าได้จริงๆ พอโทรจากรีเซฟชั่นมารับออเดอร์ แอนโทเนีย ดังมาก ไม่ยอมเข้าโทรศัพท์ เค้าถึงโทรหาครูฝึกเสียงดัง หยุดโทร เค้าไม่มีเวลา! สําหรับข้อมูล ผมนั่งอยู่ในพื้นที่เพราะสวนเบียร์ถูกปกคลุมอย่างเต็มที่ นั่นเป็นเหตุผลที่ผมใช้ชีวิตในการปฏิสัมพันธ์ น่าเสียดาย และที่นี่คุณควรคิด!

เรามีการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจมาก น่าเสียดายที่อากาศร้อนมากและโรงแรมไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ห้องพักและโรงแรมร้อนมาก แม้ว่าตอนกลางคืนจะเย็น แต่ไม่สามารถทําให้ห้องเย็นลงได้เพราะไม่สามารถสร้างทางเดินได้ สระว่ายน้ําในร่มขนาดเล็กช่วยเราได้ สระว่ายน้ําไม่มีอะไรพิเศษนอกจากความเย็นและการวางแผนเล็กน้อยก็เพียงพอแล้ว ห้องพักดี พื้นที่ตั้งค่ามาก ห้องพักสะอาดมาก อย่างไรก็ตามในห้องน้ํามีกลิ่นที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ เมื่อมันถูกระบายออกกลิ่นก็หายไป เก้าอี้ระเบียงอาจชอบมีลูกแมว โรงแรมเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ไฮไลท์อย่างแน่นอนคืออาหารเช้า 10 ยูโรซึ่งเป็นทุกสิ่งที่หัวใจต้องการ รวมถึงขนมปังผลไม้สดผักสดไข่ไข่ไม้เนื้อสดตัดสดมัสลี่ ฯลฯ เราจะกลับมา

Wir besuchten zu viert das Geno Hotel zum angebotenen Sonntagsbrunch. Ich wollte dieses testen, weil ich für Ostern mit der Familie etwas suchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der voll besetzte große Raum hatte eher ”Kantinencharakter”. Dies ist nur meine Meinung. Das Vorspeisenbufett war relativ übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Leider gab es nur einen grünen Salat, dessen Blätter man wohl vergessen hat zu zerkleinern. Als Hauptspeise stand zur Verfügung: ein Fisch, und einmal Schweinegeschnetzteltes, als Beilage Reis und Nudeln. Sorry, dies reicht meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Brunchbufett. Ich habe schon etliche Brunchs zu mir genommen, aber dieser gehörte nicht zu den guten. Ich esse kein Fisch, daher fehlte jegliche Auswahl ausser Schweinegechnetzeltes. Meine Frau isst kein Schwein. Auch hier keine Auswahlmöglichkeit, ausser Fisch. Von der Qualität her; für denjenigen, der sich nur satt essen möchte, und nicht wählerisch ist, ist das Brunchbufett ok.

Das Malerwinkel Hotel ist eine perfekte kleine Oase. Sehr liebevoll geführt beginnt der Aufenthalt mit einem sehr freundlichen, persönlichen und informativen Checkin. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, praktisch und mit viel Sorgfalt gestaltet (wir hatten ein modernes Komfort Zimmer im Künstlerhaus). Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit leckerem Kaffee, Deftigem und Süßem. Hinzu kommt ein wirklich gemütliches und schönes Ambiente. Dieses kleine Hotel ist einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms well equipped, excellent beds and very quiet. Buffet breakfast has a great variety. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to have the swimming pool and the sauna almost for us alone. Everything spic and span. Beautiful view from the terrace. Possibility to make some tea and to relax. Hotel is well situated. Perfect location for hiking or biking in the beautiful nature of Bergisches Wanderland. เรากําลังเดินทาง ตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่เงียบสงบมากในพื้นที่ของ Bayer Group เนื่องจากเราเป็นเรามีคนไม่กี่คนบนท้องถนน ห้องพักดีมากทุกอย่างยุ่งเหยิงทันสมัยสะอาดเงียบสงบ มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมสําหรับอาหารเช้าเพียง 90 ยูโร (เกือบ 20 ยูโรต่อคน) ราคาสมเหตุสมผล เช็คอินตั้งแต่ 16:00 น. .... โอเค ผู้หญิงที่เป็นมิตรมากที่เช็คอินกับเรา การอภิปราย เห็นได้ชัดว่ามีความแตกต่างในเงินสด พนักงานโรงแรมและเพื่อนร่วมงานของเขาก่อนแขกของเรา ร้านอาหารยอดเยี่ยม บริการพรีเมียม เมนู 3-gang เพียง 50 ยูโร ..... ซุปเปอร์ โคโลญ (เราอยู่ในโอเปร่า) สามารถไปถึงได้ภายใน 15 นาที ถ้ากลับมาบริเวณนี้ก็จะกลับมา เดินเล่นสวนสาธารณะสวยๆ ด้านหลังโรงแรม

Arrived tired and hungry after travelling and working non-stop since the day before. Reception was efficient and friendly and the room great! Clean, spacious and comfortable with ample tea and coffee on offer. I went down to the restaurant. The staff are GREAT. However, although I am on a work trip - I could not bring myself to order as I felt awkward ordering such a pricey meal, so I went for the pizza at 12€ This pizza filled the hole in my stomach, but as a routine supermarket pizza buyer (usually on offer at around 3€), I immediately recognised the pizza that arrived. It was dry and lacked taste and left me feeling slightly resentful - but I ate it and washed it down with a red wine, as I was too hungry and tired to complain and wait for something else. A really good place to stay: convenient, good location and transport links... but maybe fill up before you arrive. Or maybe order from one of the cheaper tastier delivery options. In the morning, I had to be at work for 07h00. Because I arrived exhausted, I mis heard the receptionist say that breakfast was at 06h30. All I heard was 06h00. I needed to catch a taxi at 06h30, so I went down to breakfast at 06h10. I had booked b&b rates, so breakfast was included. Everything was set up but the lights were dimmed, so I helped myself to some fruit and a coffee (all I really need for breakfast). At 06h15, man in charge of breakfast came and moaned at me. He was really grumpy and unkind. He told me I was too early and that I should go and sit in the bar area so no one would see me (er, there was no one else there!). He was totally inflexible and rude. I explained my mistake to the receptionist and said I needed to cancel my breakfast booking as I would not be allowed to eat it the following morning (as I had to be at work by 07h00 again). The receptionist kindly packaged me up some more fruit, water, yoghurt and a small mars bar to take with me. After spending 07h00 - 17h00 at work, 99% of the time on my feet, I arrived back to find my room unserviced. Clearly the hotel has its rules and sticks to the rules that are convenient (like breakfast time), but is happy to break the rules like servicing a room. I did not actually care that the room was unserviced, it makes little difference to me - but on principle, after being made to SO unwelcome at breakfast, I thought it ironic that the hotel didn't actually fulfil their side of the contract. The reception staff are great, and when I mentioned it to them, said that if I need anything, I must just let them know.
