"Everything was perfect from checking in. We were a little bit early, they checked us in right way with a lovely welcome drinks. All the staffs were so polite. Welcome fruits in the room and made up the room every night with chocolate was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent. The service at breakfast was excellent. The waitresses/ waiters were attentive. Hotel facilities were great. 4 pools in total. We specifically enjoyed the outdoor cold pool. Gym was little busy in the morning, but it’s very clean and modern equipments. We enjoyed our stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at White City Limassol Aparthotel. With the kitchenette/living room, separate bedroom and bathroom (with shower), it was great having additional space. It made for a comfortable, easy base for exploring beautiful Cyprus. White City is very well located, a 20 minute walk to the old town and the sea front, and just a 5 minute walk to one of Limassol’s main shopping streets. Lots of restaurants nearby and within a 10 minute walk. Our apartment was very modern with keypad code entry instead of a keycard. It had comfortable bed and large sofa. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine - plus standard small kitchen appliances. The air con was efficient and quiet. It had a lovely big balcony. There is a rooftop pool, which we never used as unheated. Expect in summer this would be lovely to have a dip in. NOTE a really big bonus for us was the great TV - lots of standard UK channels, plus Netflix available - fantastic! The reception desk was always manned, and front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The reception area has a couple of large separate areas for guests. Parking is relatively straightforward - White City has its own small basement car park. There is also a small public car park across the road plus parking in the surrounding streets. Apartment cleaning/towel changing/bin emptying - we were told this happens every other day, however we found it to be less frequent. Reception are happy to provide clean towels if required. A number of suggestions that would move the apartments from 4 stars to 5 stars..… We thought bog-standard, large mugs could be provided (we found the crockery provided a bit odd and wacky tbh). We bought our own mugs for €1.50 from Jumbo. Cushions for the sofas. We used our bed pillows to provide additional comfort on the sofa. More coat hangers - just four provided in our wardrobe. Ended up doubling and tripling up coats and trousers. Finally, bedside tables - although trendy just not practical - far too small, so most of our usual bedside tech, glasses and other stuff ended up being kept on the floor. We totally recommend White City Limassol as a great place to stay."

"Ok, so this place was such a fantastic find! I was so so shocked that a room like this could be found for that price and especially in that location (Old Town). The rooms are so big! 35 sq meters, and a balcony. All rooms include a balcony. And a kitchen! No oven but a stovetop, including pans, plates, cutlery, etc. The bed was large and comfortable, sofa plush and cozy, bathroom is private so no transparent doors nor windows overlooking the common spaces (no bathtub but wonderful rainfall shower) and offers body lotion, hair conditioner, pillow spritz (like perfume for you to spray on your pillow), the room offered ample closet space, large tv offered a wide selection of international channels (UK’s ITV, Channel 5, BBC, Sky, CNN, European channels, Middle Eastern channels, Russian channels). I really could find no fault in the room, which was clean and all staff members super nice and helpful. The location as well, was divine. It’s in the Old Town and it is such a quaint and charming neighbourhood! Super quiet but 3 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, a food hall (Agora food hall with food eateries, arcade games for kids, a baby room for toddlers and parents to hang out with games and comfy cushions, a kiosk, a mini supermarket with the essentials), it’s 150 meters away from the Marina which boasts loads of restaurants as well. We are not beach people so this hotel was perfect! We didn’t visit it’s rooftop pool because we were just out and about most days, but it did look lovely and we will definitely be visiting back sometime in the near future! Very very very excited to have found this property, amazing value for money and super clean and comfortable. A wonderful home away from home 😊"

"The building is old and hasn’t been renovated, so it may be difficult to keep insects away. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room. I noticed these issues mentioned in past reviews and had hoped they’d be improved over time—but they haven’t been. The best part of my stay was the helpful janitor who kindly shared some great tips. Truly appreciated!"
