เราพักที่นี่หนึ่งคืนเมื่อต้องการช่วยเหลือนาทีสุดท้ายเนื่องจากรถไฟมาชน โรงแรม Ibis สะอาด สบาย ปกติดีเสมอสําหรับการพักในเมืองระยะสั้นๆ ๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม หลีกเลี่ยงห้อง 105 ไวไฟก็ตกใจ (ibis ทั่วไป wifi แรงดี เนื่องจากเคยพักมาไม่กี่ครั้ง) และผมเรียกเป็นเซลล์ติดคุกนิดๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ เนื่องจากหน้าต่างติดอย่างเดียวที่ขึ้นเพดานยาวไม่ถึงฟุต ถ้าผมพักมากกว่าหนึ่งคืนคงขอห้องใหม่ แสงธรรมชาติก็แย่ แต่ก็สะอาดและสะดวกสบายมาตรฐานของ Ibis ทั่วไป และดีสําหรับการพักระยะสั้นๆ อยู่ตรงข้ามถนนจากศูนย์การค้า Westfield เดินจากสถานีง่ายกว่า ถ้าตัดผ่านศูนย์การค้า google map พาเราไปไกลๆ เดินจากใจกลางเมือง 1 นาที ตลาดคริสต์มาสดี และไม่มีร้านอาหารในระยะเดินได้สบายๆ ยกเว้นว่าชอบศูนย์อาหารในเวสต์ฟิลด์ พนักงานเป็นมิตร ข้อตําหนิของฉันคือการเช็คอิน! เรามาถึงในเวลาเดียวกับงานเลี้ยงโค้ชขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งไกด์นําพาแขกประมาณ 50 คนของเขา มารวมตัวกันรอบๆ บริเวณเช็คอินเล็กๆ ขณะที่เขาเรียกชื่อของพวกเขาและยื่นกุญแจให้ ้านมีที่นั่งกว้างขวางอยู่ด้านหลังไม่แน่ใจว่าทําไมไกด์ไม่ย้ายแขก 50 คนไปบริเวณนั้นเพราะตะโกนชื่อแต่ละคนและยื่นกุญแจให้ เราต้องเย็บผ่านแขกทั้งหมดเหล่านี้ เพื่อทําการเช็คอินของเรา มากกว่าการร้องไห้ของเขา

If you want to actually go to Lille, DO NOT BOOK HERE, you’ll never make it!! We booked this hotel in May 2022, for two trips in September and October 2023 for the rugby World Cup, well in advance and getting good prices. It was after that we realised what a shambolic, fraudulent, rogue trader outfit this hotel actually is. They first cancelled our October booking claiming they no longer owned the apartments anymore (?). We had a booking for five, they offered two single rooms as an alternative…..?! *********** did little to help, and we were left spend over £1000 more to get alternative accommodation which, quite obviously, was limited and now very expensive. Once is frustrating….. surely they wouldn’t do it again…. They’ve now cancelled our September booking, claiming renovation work that won’t be complete. Who is renovating their hotel in the middle of the World Cup…. So they’ve cancelled the reservation, and *********** have provided a one bed studio outside of Lille as a ‘suitable’ alternative….. for five adults 🤦🏼! Incompetent, fraudulent, thieves. Do not book, they’ll overbook and cancel you, leaving you to pick up the tab.

Whilst I appreciate that the city was busy with visitors for the Rugby World Cup going on over the weekend, the room was very basic and the price paid for just a bed (didn't include breakfast) was rather steep. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful when they could - parking was in a nearby multistorey which was difficult to find within all of Lille's one way streets! Location wise - very good, right in the centre of the city, very close to Lille railway station. But the hotel is rather in need of a serious make over, it is decidedly run down and whilst comfortable enough, maybe it's rustic charm is what people like! Overall, yes it was fine but the price just for a bed for a couple of nights ... might not be for me to come back again.

I used this hotel as we (3 middle aged blokes) traveled to Lille for the Rugby World Cup. I suspect if you travel at any other time you will get it significantly cheaper than we managed to but it was still reasonably priced compared to other hotels. Firstly the location is great, a 5 minute walk from the Eurostar, a 2 minute walk to the train/metro line & 2 minute walk to the city center which is full of bars & cafes. Check in was very smooth the staff were very friendly (as they were throughout the stay) & spoke in good English which was useful as my GCSE French is a long forgotten memory. You get a proper key & this can be left at reception when leaving the hotel to explore. We were on the first floor so used the stairs but there was a lift option if you needed it. The room was plenty big enough, I read other reviews saying they were small ours was fine. A double bed & a single with a small desk, plenty of space to move around. The bathroom too was plenty big enough for a weekend stay. The beds are on the small side & it was cosy sharing the double but it does advertise what size beds they offer so it’s not a complaint. The pillows are thin & even with the extras available in the room are a little uncomfortable. The bathroom is fine, we had a shower in the bath, my only complaint is that there wasn’t anywhere to attach it to the wall so you had to hold it & shower, this meant the water would spray across the whole bathroom is your aim was slightly off, we used a lot of towels just to ensure the floor was flooded. We’re all pretty heavy sleepers so didn’t hear too much noise despite being in the front of the hotel but I think it could be an issue if you’re a lighter sleeper. The plumbing is quite loud & when the room above flushed or used the shower it did sound like it was about to come through the ceiling but we didn’t spend enough time in the room for it to be a concern. Overall I think this is a good friendly hotel for those traveling on a budget in a excellent location for you to go off & explore Lille.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีใกล้กับสถานี Lille Flandres นอกจากนี้ยังใกล้กับอาคารที่พังทลายซึ่งค่อนข้างน่ากลัว แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาระหว่างการเข้าพักของเรา โรงแรมมีความสวยงามและสะอาดแม้ว่าแต่ละห้องจะมีเลย์เอาต์ที่แตกต่างกันดังนั้นคุณภาพอาจแตกต่างกันเล็กน้อย เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกดีมาก แต่ไม่ได้ดูแลแผนกต้อนรับเสมอไป ปัญหาที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือโรงแรมเต็มไปด้วยยุงและไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ห้องของฉันไม่มีปลั๊กใกล้เตียงทําให้เสียบโทรศัพท์หรือพัดลมของฉันยาก
