พักหนึ่งคืน ขับรถผ่านลีลล์ กับครอบครัวของเรา เราจองห้องสําหรับครอบครัว และได้ห้องที่อยู่ติดกันสองห้อง เชื่อมต่อผ่านประตูด้านใน ดังนั้นจึงมีห้องน้ําสองห้องทีวีและพื้นที่ทั้งหมด โรงแรมดูเหมือนเพิ่งได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ (หรือสร้าง) ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองโลส มีสถานที่กินมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง สวนสวย มีคาร์ฟูร์ (เผื่อต้องการของชํา) โรงแรมมีมาตรการทั้งหมดในการจัดการกับCOVID-19 และมีบริการอาหารเช้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าแขกไม่อยู่เหนือกันและอาหาร พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก แนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่งและจะผ่านไปอีกครั้ง

If you want to actually go to Lille, DO NOT BOOK HERE, you’ll never make it!! We booked this hotel in May 2022, for two trips in September and October 2023 for the rugby World Cup, well in advance and getting good prices. It was after that we realised what a shambolic, fraudulent, rogue trader outfit this hotel actually is. They first cancelled our October booking claiming they no longer owned the apartments anymore (?). We had a booking for five, they offered two single rooms as an alternative…..?! *********** did little to help, and we were left spend over £1000 more to get alternative accommodation which, quite obviously, was limited and now very expensive. Once is frustrating….. surely they wouldn’t do it again…. They’ve now cancelled our September booking, claiming renovation work that won’t be complete. Who is renovating their hotel in the middle of the World Cup…. So they’ve cancelled the reservation, and *********** have provided a one bed studio outside of Lille as a ‘suitable’ alternative….. for five adults 🤦🏼! Incompetent, fraudulent, thieves. Do not book, they’ll overbook and cancel you, leaving you to pick up the tab.

ดมาก ไม่สะดวก ไม่มีที่จอดรถนอกจากเสียเงินหรือสถานที่ที่สามารถจอดรอบๆ โรงแรมได้

เราไม่มีไฟฟ้าในห้องน้ํา แต่เราประหลาดใจกับโรงแรมล่าสุดและความต้องการปัจจุบัน ... ไม่มีหน้าต่างระบายอากาศยาก ปิดเครื่องทําความร้อน 24 * The Quarter อาจจะเป็นข้อดีในเรื่องของการเคลื่อนย้ายแต่ไม่ค่อยมีคนเข้าเยี่ยมชมซึ่งเรามาถึงจุดที่จอดรถโรงแรมไม่มีแห่งหนึ่งมีสถานที่กลางแจ้งแต่จํานวนหน้าต่างที่พังจะผ่านความปรารถนาที่จะลอง ประสบการณ์. สิ่งนี้ได้รับการยืนยันระหว่างการถ่ายห้อง ดังนั้นเราจึงเลือกที่จอดรถใต้ดินที่พนักงานแนะนํา (อย่างน้อย 8 ยูโรต่อแทร็กของ 12h. ..) ฝักบัวกว้างขวางและเข้าถึงได้ง่าย เสียดายปิดและทิ้งไว้บนโรงแรมไม่ได้เป็นแค่โรงแรมที่ดีแต่ยังเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีอีกด้วย อาหารเช้าดีมาก ไข่เบคอนง่ายๆ แห้งหมด ตอนนี้สลัดผลไม้สวย ผลิตภัณฑ์ฝรั่งเศสพิเศษ เครื่องชงไวน์ที่ดี ...! ด้วยบ้านที่เป็นมิตรสําหรับผู้หญิง ห้องโถงกว้างขวางมีเท้าเด็ก เก้าอี้ เคยพักโรงแรมหลายร้อยแห่ง B&B หลายแห่ง มีการเปลี่ยนที่มีค่าด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายที่น่าสนใจเสมอ

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and were very pleased with our experience. The room was tidy, with air conditioning (although it wasn't very strong), chromecast on the television also allowed us to watch films in the evenings. The shower was very powerful and good quality. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the alcohol they serve at the bar is very reasonably priced. We booked to have breakfast which was very convenient and delicious. We definitely will be visiting again, highly recommend this lovely hotel.

ความประทับใจแรกที่ยอดเยี่ยม: ที่จอดรถฟรีมากมายถัดจากศูนย์ออกกําลังกายที่มีพื้นที่สีเขียวให้เดินเล่น การเช็คอินที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมิตรเราชอบทุกอย่างในบริเวณชั้นล่าง พื้นที่นั่งเล่นที่กว้างขวางพร้อมเก้าอี้ที่สะดวกสบายและพื้นที่บาร์ / คาเฟ่ที่มีอาหารเช้าที่คุ้มค่า มีที่นั่งมากขึ้นในสวนที่อิบราฮัมทําพิซซ่าที่อร่อยที่สุด เรานั่งที่นี่สองคืนและบรรยากาศดีมาก สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาทีและอีก 10 นาทีไปยังใจกลางเมือง น่าเสียดายที่ชั้นบนเป็นเรื่องราวที่แตกต่างออกไป ห้องนอนมีขนาดเล็กเกินไปผู้ใหญ่สองคนพยายามเดินไปรอบ ๆ ในเวลาเดียวกันมันยากที่จะทําอะไรในห้องน้ําเว้นแต่คุณจะเปิดประตู เฟอร์นิเจอร์พื้นฐาน - เตียงคู่พร้อมหมอนเล็ก ๆ สองใบทีวีไม้แขวนเสื้อ มีผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนหนึ่งผืนและอีกผืนหนึ่งคิดค่าใช้จ่าย 2 ยูโรต่อคน แต่สิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดคือมันอึดอัดมากเพราะหน้าต่างเล็ก ๆ ที่ให้แสงหรืออากาศน้อย ๆ บนคืนที่อบอุ่นเราพบว่ามันอึดอัดมากและตื่นขึ้นมาบ่อย ๆ เพราะมันร้อนมาก ฉันจะให้ชั้นล่าง 4 แต่ห้องนอน 2 ดังนั้นโดยรวม 3

Really quaint and quirky hostel in Lille's downtown core. Very nice staff and great for socializing, especially in their open patios! Rooms are tidy and clean including bathrooms. Breakfast is served with a wide range of options (definitely try the cheese) and a large choice of beers. Only downside was no lockers, but hopefully that's a feature in the near future!

I arrived at this hotel durong the heat wave in June '22 and selected it because TA showed it as the top hotel in lille, with AC. During check-in, no mention was made about the AC not working. Upon entering the room, I saw a fan on full speed in a hot and muggy room. The AC control is there, but it has no power (like a prop). I asked reception to switch it on, but they said the AC had broken that morning and will be replaced on the day that I'm leaving (what a coincidence). I attempted to stay in the room but it was awful. The outisde temperature was 35C and the energy from the fans just made the room warmer. There was no restbite. I began looking at reviews and saw that people had made comments over the past year about no/broken AC. I approached the reception and challenged them about the AC being broken that morning even though reports say this has been an ongoing issue and he smiled and admitted that it hadn't been working for a while. This is false advertising! In addition to this, i found the cleaners pass within my bed sheets. (Picture attached). This opens every room in the hotel and i tried it on my door and on a room which i knew was vacant! Imagine had this gone into the wrong hands. I handed into reception who were apologetic and said the employee had left a few days before. I guess they dont deactivate employee passes 🤷‍♀️ I could only stay here for one night, i booked my remainding stay in the BW voyageur instead (a much better hotel, for a cheaper price) and I'm fighting to get my money for false advertising, which I am winning! In summary, do not stay here. I doubt they ever had AC and will lie about it. They cannot be trusted.
