The place was good but the staff not attentive

The hotel is very old and dirty It must be renovated Price is not cheap but dirty and old model

We really had a good time here and it was worth the wait. 😊🥰💙

Most of the services were good except internet WiFi.

마따붕카이 해변을 가는 도중에 친구가 오래된 철에 찔리게 되어 파상풍에 걸리게 되었습니다 다시 호텔로 돌아가 병원으로 갈 차와 가벼운 소독을 하려던 와중에 친구가 쓰러지게 되었고 직원분들의 빠른 대처로 인해 아무런 문제도 생기지 않았습니다 병원에서 진료가 끝날때까지(2시간정도)밖에서 기다려주었고 1박만 하기엔 너무 아쉬운 호텔이었습니다 수영장,음식,마사지 다 너무 완벽했습니다 나중에 필리핀에 다시 가게 된다면 무조건 예약할 호텔중 하나입니다😎😎

這地方旅遊就別去了，可能適合本地人，泳池比較臟，海里全是石頭，最後用的酒店的車送到另一個酒店八打雁，收了7800，整個我用車最貴的一家，到我酒店也就50公里左右，最後我從八打雁酒店送回馬尼拉也是酒店訂的，兩個多小時才收6500豐田麪包。

不值得，房間老舊，跟國內招待所差不多，房間內還有蜻蜓蟑螂。外面設施還可。但是在那片海灘也就這家好點了。

環境很好，入住很舒服

Superior Water Villa was clean, spacious and offers a great view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks were ok but have minimal choices for vegans/vegetarians. Swimming pools are clean. Towels are made available by the pool area since we cannot bring out the towels from our room. However, there were times when there are no towels available and waiting time is long probably because there were lots of visitors at the time. We were able to swim by the sea only during afternoons since it was low tide during mornings and the beach front was dry and has lots of sea ****s. The property was gracious enough to accompany us in the nearby public beach so that we can swim even when it is low tide. However, sea water tends to be a bit muddy probably due to to the black sand by the beach. There were lots of water activities available for those who have extra budget and a thirst for adventure. Our overall experience in Matabungkay Beach Hotel is great. Thank you for the memorable and fun experience!

we arrived there and like to have first a lunch. because of ur dogs we are not allowed to sit (but passing) the restaurant for sitting beside the pool. The food and service of ur lunch was very disappointing. My spaghetti had been totally overcooked. The drinks * (inclusive the ordered cocktail) had been served just in cheap plastic. All the good was not rally good. Brause they told us that the waiting time for the food service needs minimum 20-30 minutes, we asked if we can cool down for a short time in the (not really clean, cause of leaves) swimming pool. THEY ALLOW IT -- FOR 400 PESO PER EACH. The prices are also(compare to all other resorts and restaurants) quite high. The service quite low. The beach tree not the best. At let we decided stay at another place.

No warm water, no wifi. Hard bed. Not enough sun loungers. Need I say anymore. 3 hours from Manila. Tolls cost £7.50. It costs £90 to travel there by taxi. Really not worth it for a tourist. Locals with families seem to enjoy it. We left early as we couldn’t trust the wifi to check- in for our flights home. Staff were lovely but clueless.

Company Outing Overnight Stay 150 persons Beach - clean, nice sunset and horizon view. Shallow waters. BUT in the afternoon, due to low tide, you will not be able to swim at all. So take advantage of a morning swim. Rooms - just okay. Single manual key per room. You can leave the key at the reception for storing/safekeep. The blanket is like a bed sheet (thin). Spacious and well-ventilated Bathrooms - spacious. Slippery bathroom so be careful. Shower water slow at first and takes time. Staff - courteous and greets you all the time. Anyone can assist you anytime. Pool - I only saw 3 pools. 1) kiddie pool with slide, 2) 4.5 ft pool, 3) 5-6.5 ft pool Outdoor activities - relay games, basketball, beach volleyball, water activities (kayak, banana boat, boat ride) There are cabanas/huts at the beach front. Parking - shaded by trees, spacious. Security - yes. It is not advisable to go out of the resort in the evening. They will give you a gate pass if needed to go out. Travel time - 2-3 hrs from Manila. For kids - kiddie pool, playground, wishing well For company outings, resort is spacious and offers activities. If you coincide with another big group, it will not be crowded. They have pavilions/holding areas per big group, with audio sound/mic and videoke (10pm curfew).

Our 7th time here since 2016. Stayed at 2-G. Last New Year celebration, we stayed at 2-A. Hotel is a bit old but maintained. Wid hot shower. Complete toiletries. Upgraded TV. Food taste good, is a bit pricey, thanks to inflation. Complimentary breakfast is bountiful. Kudos to Grant and Marsha of Front Office. as well as Karla and Kaye of Cafe Resto.👏👏👏 Thank you everyone. Looking forward wid our next visit 😊

The rooms were clean and had a pleasant fragnance. The staff, along with Ms. Judy Ann, the bangkeros and the manager were incredibly accommodating and provided outstanding service. Although the beach had its challenges, with an abundance of sea**** and starfish, and the tide being low, these aspects didn't overshadow the positive aspects of the stay. The sea activities offered, such as the banana boat ride, boat ride, and snorkeling, were fantastic alternatives to traditional swimming. These activities added a lot of fun and excitement to the overall experience. They also have a strict policy on smoking.
