This four star hotel provided excellent service.from the front desk to the staff who are very friendly, cheerful andhelpful. The room is beyond our expectation, spacious and clean and equipped with oxygen provider just in case we needed it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who come to Xining, well worth the money we spent. We'd rate this hotel with Execellent.

Aircon was not working in summer. No portable fan. People were smoking in the hotel. Breakfast was okay with some fruit, warm food and noodles. Service staff were nice. Welcomed guests and we're friendly.

I have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in. They don't have experienced of handling non local guests. Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay. However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English. I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here? She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time. It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

在市中心，離布達拉宮、西藏博物館等都很近，距離商場拐彎就到，周圍吃飯購物也很方便。安靜、不吵鬧。對面就是團結公園，再走500米就是布達拉宮廣場。晚上九點多辦理了入住，還送了一碗粥作為夜宵。可是第二次辦理入住的時候就沒了。第一次是旅行社訂的，第二次是自己訂的，是因為這樣的原因嗎？

設施：有製氧設備，和加濕器，可以緩解高原的反應 服務：每晚都會詢問是否需要醫療幫助 在途美食:離店小古還送了小禮品，非常細心 服務：前台小劉還幫我升級了房型，服務特別好ฅ（̳•◡•̳）ฅ

這是我入住那麼多比較滿意的酒店，從前台的熱情接待，到保安小哥哥熱情的幫我拿行李，服務很周到，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺，房間面積大，床也特別舒服，還有小度可以開關電視，空調窗簾等！！比較智能化，客房服務員也很好，房間打掃的比較乾淨！下次出差還會來住！

前台小夏和小陳服務特別好，關注我們高反的情況，還給我們送了製氧機，告知我們高反注意的事項，還推薦了很多好玩兒的地方，房間很大，住着很舒服，出行也很方便，停車非常方便，值得推薦！

跟老公第二次來拉薩，在網上預訂了蘭歐酒店，酒店位置非常好，機場大巴車終點打車過來10分鐘，前台安排了5樓的房間，工作人員熱心送來氧氣機並給我們調試好，下次來拉薩還住這家酒店。

入住很滿意，入住期間工作人員都很熱情，特別是前台小夏和小曲服務特別棒，給我們介紹了附近的美食，整個入住期間都很舒適，房間也很大，還是智能語音控制的，很方便，下次來拉薩還是會選擇蘭歐酒店，推薦推薦

房間超出預期的好，空間非常大，敞亮，整潔，前台服務也特別好，幫忙整理床單，製氧機，晚上還有深夜的粥，下次來拉薩還會再選擇的。

非常滿意，酒店工作人員都非常客氣，很有禮貌，而且離布達拉宮很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，周邊有商場，離龍王潭也很近的，酒店房間乾淨，早餐豐富，推薦入住！！

酒店就在布達拉宮旁邊，出行很方便，房間乾淨亮堂，設施齊全，早餐豐富，工作人員態度很好，尤其表揚前台周文慧小姐姐～
