The staff was very friendly. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only problem that we had was that the pool wasn’t open. Our purpose for staying there was mainly so that our child could swim. We weren’t notified that the pool wouldn’t be operational prior to our stay or at check in. My daughter was headed to the pool and was very disappointed to find that it had been drained. Despite the issue with the pool, it was still a pleasant stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good price. Our shower was broke and it was fixed promptly.

Overall good stay. Grab-bar in shower was very loose. All of the food items were NOT made available up to the end of the breakfast time. When I asked the lady working the breakfast area about missing items, she was not polite and just said there were not going to be any more available.

Good location relative to UK campus. Friendliest service I've had at a hotel in a long time. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Water pressure could be better

Check in was easy. Staff was wonderful, friendly, breakfast was great!! Rooms were cleans and comfortable! I would stay here again!!

Very friendly & efficient at the front desk ..beds very comfortable …parking and entry doors convenient… indoor pool smaller then pictured but will do….This Fairfield was definitely the Marriott quality I always expect…Good location easy access to 75 restaurants shopping UK etc.

Pool was out of order no food one morning no one showed up for work building was next to a sewer plant all you could smell out side
