Very nice hotel - restaurant food was top notch - best part. Convenient shuttles 9am - 11pm to and fro hotel to train station and city center. Great massages☺️. HIGHLY RCOMMEND. **************************************************

This beautiful hotel is located above Levanto. Free hotel Shuttle to and from the town and station. Cute little town and a gateway to the famous Cinque Terre (5 stops) The staff were so friendly and professional and were so accommodating. Highly recommended for couples and being in the quiet end of town (pool was also a welcome retreat at 27deg C)

Pleasant hotel, with large rooms, good pool/spa Room was very large, spacious and cleaned daily with a patio. Location was good, a short walk or shuttle ride from train station and town centre/beach. Views of the hills are very picturesque. Shuttle bus is very handy and on call regularly. Pool and spa are very nice, massages available upon request. Breakfast was good, inside or on the patio. Reception service was slow and slightly painful, especially upon arrival and when requesting a taxi, decor was slightly dated, but overall lacked the €500+ per night value for money, didn't really feel like staff went the extra mile to understand their guests unfortunately!

One of the best hotel we lived in, Perfect service and food was so good,the staff is so kind and helpful. The room and terass was splendid. The bed and pillows amazing. And the shuffle service to the village Levanto was perfect.I recommend this hotel, we will be back for sure.

After researching where to stay near Cinque Terre, we decided on Levanto and this hotel and we would highly recommend this as an option. The hotel is away from the really busy towns but easy and quick to reach them by train. There’s a free shuttle which runs you to the Levanto centre and the train station until 11pm. The hotel is on a hill so this was a great addition. The pool was a lovely size and I had a massage which was really relaxing. The garden area was beautiful. Above all though, the staff were amazing. The team at reception were so helpful and friendly, had good humour and were happy to give recommendations, make reservations etc. the check in experience was great and the General Manager, Carlo, was really helpful. The team at breakfast were brilliant too- in particular the ladies who were working there. We travelled with our baby and the staff went over and above to make sure we were settled, and were always coming over for a chat with him which he loved. Thank you for a lovely stay!

One of the best tips I read when researching Cinque Terre was to stay in Levanto. We loved this town - way less crowded than the Cinque towns and fun things to do. We did the Monterosso to Vernazza hike, but our favorite activities were renting bikes to ride to Framura through the old train tunnels and the Sunset Boat Tour with Rosa dei Venti. Hotel Argento was a great stay - nice rooms, loved the included breakfast, and the shuttle to train and into town was essential. Front desk was a great resource for questions and recommendations. We didn't think we would use the spa, but was much appreciated on a rainy afternoon when we were cold, tired and sore. Shopping and eating in town was great too. Favorite restaurant was Le Due Lune and favorite gelato was Basilico e Limone. Also loved the linen clothing at Marizia R's shop on Corso Italia (not listed online).

Hotel is very dated. Rooms are old and air conditioning doesn’t work well. Had to contact the front desk multiple times. Breakfast is just average nothing special. Suggest you stay at another hotel. The service is not great. They offer pickup and drop off at the train station but when you call they don’t answer the phones. Leaving you stranded at the train station. Wasn’t a good feeling. Would have rather stayed in one of the villages.
