We enjoyed our stay and location is perfect. But I would like to suggest that breakfast should not be the same kind every day as the breakfast was too much of bread and you can imagine eating bread every day for 10 days. Kindly try to incorporate other options to your breakfast menu so that it doesn't get boring. Aside that the place is well secured and peace. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned up on a daily basis. Our son enjoyed himself and even made new friends.

Good location and nice clean facilites. Walking distance to the central

Central location near Leuven Train Station (2 min walk). 20 min train ride to ,Brussels, direct connection to all major city. Spotlessly clean renovated room, very quiet. Air-conditioner can be individually reulated. Basic but delicious breakfast with everything you need for a good day start. Quick check in and out process. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are included. Hairdryer available at the reception for deposit which was a big plus. In conclusion a recommended stay, if it is not a problem for you that you get a small but funtional room for overnight. Best price/value ratio in Belgium.

They didn’t provide water heater (kettle) in the room. But they provide microwave and water heater (kettle) at the kitchen and we can use it freely anytime. It was very helpful for us, because we have baby and children with us

Good location near the train station. Clean and silent room.

Hotel is right next to train station, very close to town centre. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and spoke English well.

There're renovated room but mine was not. If you want to stay in clean room, please request that to hotel before you stay. But it's really close to the main train station and good for short stay. And there's no kettle, no hair dryer but there's a tv

Very basic, small rooms but a good alternative to staying in downtown Brussels!

The hotel was not kind enough to entertain our rebooking despite the harsh weather.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Ibis pour 3 nuits, et il a parfaitement répondu à nos besoins : un endroit correct pour passer la nuit. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce type de séjour

Op zich een prima hotel, alleen zijn de slaapkamer/badkamer veelte klein. En geen privé parking is een ramp. Nu gedwongen om in een naaste parking de auto te stallen aan €2,20 per uur. Vanaf 20u tot ongeveer 14u telkens zo'n €26,- moeten betalen. En de benedenhal stinkt ontzettend naar "natte hond" = jammer. Voor de rest wel schoon en netjes

Hotel wurde renoviert, Foyer war eine Baustelle, Aufzüge innen gegen Beschädigung durch Arbeiter verkleidet, Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet, keine Temperaturregelung möglich. Das gebuchte Frühstück fiel aus, erst vor Ort wurde der bezahlte Preis zurückerstattet - keinerlei Info durch das Hotel im Vorfeld. Zimmer selbst für ein Ibis Budget - habe in mehreren gewohnt - winzig. Nur ein Stuhl und ein kleiner Nachttisch für zwei Gäste. Keine Seife und kein Zahnputzbecher im Bad, keine Bürste in der Toilette. Fernbedienung des TV auf osteuropäische Sprache umgestellt, Service konnte nicht helfen. Um dieses Hotel sollte man zu zweit einen großen Bogen machen!

位置非常好，離車站非常近，只有2分鐘距離，房間設施比較新，服務態度佳。但房間設施極其簡單。性價比還算高。

Une expérience dramatique !!!! 4h 15 du matin .. la porte de notre chambre s’ouvre !! Des étudiants anglais ont ouvert la porte avec une carte sur la serrure ! ! Heureusement nous étions 3 hommes !!! Imaginez 3 femmes !!! Il était plein alcool !!!! Parler à la réception mais apparemment pas choqué le barbu rouquin… c moi la sécurité… alors tu f quoi ?? A 5h40 du matin les jeunes était à l’entrée de l’hôtel encore avec de la bière !!!! Même pas un prix pour la chambre …2 nuits !
