In a town with generally lackluster accommodation options, this hotel delivers a truly top-flight experience. The location is perfect, especially for those arriving by sea, and it’s in a very cool corner of the town, surrounded by very hip, socially conscious eateries and shops. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. The whole operation is very professionally run. I can usually find something to complain about but not here. Breakfast had a range of really unusual local items, and everything I tasted was delicious. All breakfast preferences that I could imagine were well provided for, too. Highly recommended overall!

I booked my holiday with Jet2 after checking TripAdvisor reviews. Now I wonder why these were so good. Perhaps the fact that we booked all-inclusive makes the difference, as this place operates mainly on bed and breakfast and full board basis. All-inclusive was quite troublesome for a number of reasons: 1. We arrived just before 3PM and the info at reception said that lunch is served till 3:30 so we rushed to the pool bar. There chef already had his cigarette at the bar. We asked the waiter if we can order our lunch, which then he asked the chef in Greek. The chef agreed to make us something ”but quick” as it was already after 3... Two waitresses at the pool bar were helpful, but the waiter at occasions felt confrontational and not welcoming, I wonder if that's just my misperception. The staff in general was fatigued. There was only few of them and they said that they don't have any time off till September/October. 2. The pool bar menu is very monotonous. There is only a few positions and although acceptable quality it was just boring. There was only a couple or a few tables every day eating in with all-inclusive, but I was waiting for food for 45min-1hour. Some days it was straight away, but few days we were waiting 15 min for the waiter and 30-45 min for the food. 3. No kids menu. My son ended up ordering a pinsa margherita and French fries every day and was walking hungry. One ight there were some nuggets at the buffet, and French fries another night. Generally, he was eating bread and tomatoes. No kids' stuff he is used to from school etc, no kids burghers, hot-dogs, nuggets, or even vegetables. Some may say that they don't go abroad to eat chicken nuggets, but from my experience some kids are just like my son, and they won't just try local cuisine. 4. Breakfasts were quite monotonous with little selection and terrible organisation. It's the busiest time as most of guests have just breakfasts. There was plenty people and a total chaos. Yogurts and cereal at one and of the buffet but nuts and raisins on the other. One coffee machine was always out of play due to malfunction or lack of cups. Same with the orange juice. No trays are available, so everyone is just walking around, back and forward with a plate or a cup. There is no agreed direction at the buffet as well, so people go both ways and there is always someone in your way. Some staff members are running around constantly, but there are some just walking around observing. I've seen people not able to sit down as there were no tables or preparing their tables themselves with little help from staff. 5. Dinners are similar, but less busy. No trays and wrong organisation remain i.e. closer to the entrance are dessert plates and sweets, then you can grab a big plate. Wrong way round to me, but I understand that many of you may not see an issue there. The food is OK, but for adults. Quite fatty, beef stew every day and not much more. Bize arka tarafa bakan küçük bir oda verdiler. 3 kişi olanlar daha şanslıydı. Otel baya eski kısmen yenilenmiş. İlk gün bizim odada kettle, çay, kahve ve ayak havlusu yoktu. Ertesi gün gelip koymuşlar. Yatakları temiz ve rahat. Banyo ufak ve yarı duş kabin yarı perde olduğu için dışarı çok su gidiyor. Genel itibariyle temiz. Klima güzel soğutuyor. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli olmasa da fena değil. Yalnız kesinlikle çay yapmayı bilmiyorlar. 7 de ilk çaya yetisirseniz içersiniz. Sonrası hep haşlama açık sarıdan da açık ve söylememize rağmen poşet çay da vermiyorlar kahvaltıda. İlk gün 2 küçük şişe su var ikinci gün yok. Lobi kliması dışarıda aşırı sıcak bir hava olmasına rağmen akşamları kapatılıyor. Resepsiyon siz konusmazsanız kalipera falan demiyor bakmıyor bile. Kadın çalışanlar öyle değil. Yalnız otele yürüyüş mesafesindeki Kadın heykelinin altındaki plaj herşeyi unutturacak cinsten. Otelin yakınındaki büfe ve bakkal uygun fiyatlı. Tur harici gidersem kesinlikle molivos da kalırım.

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση είχαμε κάνει κράτηση μέσω booking ερχόμαστε 16.05 καθώς η ώρα προσέλευσης που αναφ είναι 15.00 και είναι μόνο η κυρία που καθαρίζει δεν γνώριζαν για την άφιξη μας δεν ήταν έτοιμο το δωμάτιο ετοιμάστηκε γρήγορα εκείνη την ώρα μπήκαμε στις 16.30 προφανώς σε ένα βρεγμένο μπανιο για κακή τους τύχη άκουσα στο τηλέφωνο που αανέφερανότι έγινε λάθος στα δωμάτια καθως ειχαν άλλη μια άφιξη εκείνη την ημέρα και όταν της ανέφερα ότι άρα οποίος έρχετε πρώτος πιάνει το καλυτερο δωμάτιο μου απάντησε ότι ολα τα δωμάτια είναι εξίσου ωραια αλλά το μοναδικό δωμάτιο του ισογείου που μείναμε εμείς το πρωί προφανώς και ακούγαμε ότι γινόταν γύρω καθώς διπλα είναι ο χορος πρωινού- ρεσεψιόν- καθιστικό σαλόνι, το πρωινό μέτριο ντροπη να έχεις μπαγιατικα κατεψηγμενα σοκολατοπιταπιτακι παράθυρο ήταν χαλασμένο ενημερώσαμε για να γνωρίζουν ότι δεν κάναμε εμείς την ζημιά, το ίντερνετ δεν δούλευε σωστά καμία από τις συσκευές μας δεν μπορούσε να συνδεθεί στο wifi, θα μέναμε ένα βράδυ και μας άφησαν μισό χαρτί υγείας και επειδή δεν υπαρχει ρεσεψιόν το βράδυ δεν είχαμε χαρτί, το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν σαν ξύλο πολυ άβολο μάλλον το έχουν από το 1821 το δωμάτιο δεν έχει μπαλκόνι όπως ρώτησα μας είπαν ότι κανένα δωμάτιο δεν έχει, καλοκαιρινό κατάλυμα και να ψάχνεις που θα απλώσεις το μαγιό σου δεν ξέρω τι να πω. Επίσης κάτι ακόμη που δείχνει πόσο επαγγελματίες είναι το πρωί έστειλε την κυρία που καθαρίζει και ήταν εκεί στην άφιξη μας να ζητήσει συγνώμη και να μας πει ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό της ένα λάθος μια επιχείρησης το επωμίζεται πάντα η διοίκηση το να ρίχνεις ευθύνες και στέλνεις τους υπαλλήλους σου δείχνει τον επαγγελματισμο σου. Στις φωτογραφίες που υπάρχουν στο *********** όλα φαίνονται ιδανικά αλλά στην πραγματικότητα ενώ σαν πελάτης περιμένεις ότι πληρώνεις και γι αυτό απαιτείς κιόλας μια επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση μάλλον πιστεύουν ότι τους κάνεις και χάρη που πας καθος η μόνη απάντηση που πήραμε στην όλη καθυστέρηση είναι ότι αν δεν μας αρέσει να φύγουμε.
