- carpets in room were strained - TV was not working - Hot water was not coming - location was off from public transport - entrance was super dirty

The hotel was great. The only problem was I didn’t have the WiFi in my room. But everything else was perfect!

The hotel was far from city center and we had to walk in a long corridor to reach our room.

Friendly staff. Most of the staff doesn’t speak english. Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.

The cleaning was phenomenal.

The room was relatively cheap and spacious, BUT it has nothing near the hotel! Far from train station, no affordable restaurants nearby, no convenience stores/supermarkets- if you want to eat something at reasonable prices, you need to walk for an hour. When you booked the hotel, it says free Wifi next to the room photo, but the room has no Wifi - it is only available at the lobby. There is no door sign for you to put “do not disturb” or “no cleaning needed” so every morning the cleaner just knocks on your door until they woke you up.

Very dated room but for the price it's acceptable. Family room was very big

Hotel appena fuori dal centro ma ottimo. In 5 minuti di auto siete alla stazione centrale dove parcheggiare e iniziare la visita alla città. Classico hotel “di lavoro” ma ordinato e pulito. Camera enorme e bagno perfetto. Colazione super. Staff ottimo.
