ทุกอย่างในโรงแรมดีหมดทั้งการตกแต่งและสุขอนามัยดีแต่มีปัญหาเรื่องหน้าฟร้อนท์ของโรงแรม ไม่ใช่ หมายถึงพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ทุกคน แต่ ผู้ชายวัยกลางคนสูง ที่มีค่า ช่วง ช่วง 22:00 ถึง 11PM ของปี 2022 หยาบคายมาก เมื่อกลับมาถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 10 โมงเย็น มกราคม ค.ศ.2022 พบว่า ประตูปิดแล้ว จึงกดกริ่ง แต่ไม่มีคน ฟร้อนท์ , ดังนั้นกดอีกไม่กี่ครั้งแล้วหลังจากที่ในขณะที่ผู้ชายสูงเก่าไทจงเปิดประตูอย่างตะโกนตะโกนใส่ลูกค้าของฉันและไม่ได้เถียงกับฉันอย่างใจเย็นและกล่าวหาว่าฉันเป็นลูกค้าฉันกดกริ่งเกือบปลุกโรงแรมทั้งหมด (หลังจากสะท้อนสถานการณ์กับพนักงานอีกคนที่ฟร้อนท์ในวันรุ่งขึ้นพนักงานแจ้งว่ามีการกดกริ่งที่แสดงบนโทรศัพท์ที่พนักงานฟร้อนท์และพนักงานถือมาด้วยและแปลกคือเมื่อคืนตอนกดกริ่งไม่ได้ยินพนักงานคนนั้นผ่านโทรศัพท์ ทําให้ดิฉันได้ไปเล็กน้อย นิดเดียว เดี๋ยวก่อนเลยให้กดกริ่งเพิ่มอีกหลายรอบ) ต่อมาดิฉันได้แสดงท่าทางของพนักงานคนนี้ทําให้ดิฉันรู้สึกอึดอัดมากและพฤติกรรมตะโกนเหมือนทํากับคนบ้าพนักงานตอบว่า ”ใช่ค่ะ คือทําตัวเป็นคนบ้า” สรุปแล้วมันไม่ได้เป็นเรื่องง่ายที่จะกดกริ่งนี้พนักงานคนนี้เป็นมืออาชีพและรอรับการเข้าถึงอย่างเห็นได้ชัดไม่สอดคล้องกับสิ่งที่พนักงานโรงแรมควรมีและรู้สึกเห็นได้ชัดว่ามีการเหยียดเชื้อชาติในหน้าแขกที่แตกต่างมีข้อร้องเรียนแล้ว, รอให้ฝ่ายโรงแรมตอบสนอง คิดลูกค้าที่จองโรงแรมนี้ ขอให้คิดอีกรอบ คงไม่สบายใจมาก ถ้าเจอผู้ชายวัยกลางคน มัธยมผอมๆ

เราได้เข้าพักที่ mercure ข้างๆ ~5ปีที่แล้ว & ห้องพักร้อนมาก (เมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคมเค้าแสดงให้เราเห็น 3 ห้องต่าง ๆ!) จนนอนไม่หลับ เราเลยคิดว่า คราวนี้ เราจะลอง Kyriad กัน ๆ แม้ว่าจะมีความร้อน/ac แบบกลางๆ เหมือนกัน แต่จริงๆแล้วฉันสามารถปรับอุณหภูมิในห้องได้ เราเข้าพักในเดือน Jan & บางครั้งโรงแรมในยุโรปมีความร้อนเต็มปัง(ร้อนเกินไป!) เลยมีความสุขที่ได้มีการควบคุมบ้างเพื่อนอนหลับสบาย อีกทั้งยังชื่นชมว่าห้องพักใหม่ & สะอาดสุดๆ มินิบาร์มีเครื่องดื่มเย็นขายเล็กน้อยด้านใน&ส่วนที่เหลือเปิดให้ของใช้ของคุณ(ไม่มีส่วนตู้เย็น) อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รสชาติใช้ได้ กาแฟมีให้เพียงพอ1ห้องน้ําสะอาดสะอ้าน! ห้องพักของเรามองข้ามตารางเวลา & กับหน้าต่างที่ปิดเราไม่สามารถได้ยินเสียงอะไร น้องผู้หญิง & ผู้ชายที่ทํางานต้อนรับได้น่ารักมาก & ภาษาอังกฤษของพวกเขาดีเยี่ยม ทําเลดีที่สุด & ราคาที่ฉันสามารถหาได้สําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกต่างๆ

I stayed only one night but will for sure stay here longer next time I go to Avignon. The hotels location is perfect for me who likes walks as a day starter when you have to cross the twin rivers to reach Avignon center. Also the small town Villeneuve is in a short walking distance with interesting places to visit and parks for relaxing. During my short stay I could visit both towns without any hurry. I had a small nice room, perfect for a solotraveller. A quit busy trafic on the nearby road but when the sound insulation was very good in the room I had no problems with the trafic and I slept very well. A good breakfast on the terass on the top floor with a wiev of the Avignon center in the distance was a beautiful and nice start of the day! Bjoern Sweden

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Mirande for three nights in December 2023. It has been my dream for many years to stay at La Mirande. And La Mirande did not disappoint in fact it far exceeded our expectations! The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Palais des Papes. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning understated elegance at its best. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings and sumptuous Pierre Frey fabrics. We stayed in room 20 which we just loved. The housekeeping was impeccable with day and evening service. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We also enjoyed Afternoon Tea. We had all three dinners at “La Salle à Manger” which we thoroughly enjoyed. I think my husband would have been open to trying other places but I never wanted to leave the hotel. Next time I would love to try the Michelin starred “Le Restaurant” which wasn’t open the days we stayed there and the La “Table Haute”. I would also love to take one of the cooking courses that La Mirande offers. The hotel arranged a pick up from the train station and we were met by Pauline who was so engaging and was amazing at navigating the tiny streets. The hotel also arranged for Pauline to take us to Arles, Nîmes and the Pont de Gard-a great excursion. The first person who we met at the hotel was Anthony Trotin who was so personable, professional and helpful. We also met another Anthony, Margot, Guillaume and Célia. I am sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but everyone we encountered at La Mirande was accommodating, gracious and professional. It was a dream to be able to stay at La Mirande and we will definitely be back!

โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมากและทําเลค่อนข้างใกล้กับแกนหลัก มีที่จอดรถหน้าบ้านแต่ละหลัง อพาร์ทเม้นท์สวยงาม จัดวางอย่างดี สะดวกสบาย ห้องพักมีเตียงใหญ่ ห้องน้ํามีซักรีดแบบดับเบิ้ล ห้องน้ําด้านหนึ่งมีห้องอาบน้ํา อีกด้านหนึ่ง ห้องครัวมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีระเบียงขนาดใหญ่พร้อมวิวกอล์ฟ เป็นการพักที่ยอดเยี่ยม! เราเสียใจที่ได้อยู่ที่นี่เพียงคืนเดียว !

We were really looking forward to our stay. Well, that was until we saw the room. We thought this was a 4 star with a Michelin restaurant, what we were shown was a room with a direct view of the bed from the car park. The room was described as a classic room, garden level, accessed via French doors. A view on inner courtyard. There was no view, no garden other than a path leading straight into the car park, which the staff used to drag wheelie bins and go back and forth to the terrace and no inner courtyard to see. After complaining that it was no more than a motel room and definitely not as described, the receptionist very begrudgingly accepted to move us at our cost. We were disgusted. After further complaints we were given an upgraded room for 2 nights but had to move back to the motel room on the 3rd. Unfortunately I was poorly during the stay and on asking if there was room service there was none, so my partner had to go and find a takeaway open. The constant comings and goings from cars and motorbikes with their lights shining through the window and doors banging was just ridiculous and then top it off, a restaurant over the road was holding a party with banging music all night. As for the motel room, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, black mould in the shower and on the ceiling, which is a huge health hazard and a huge crack running along the wall in the WC badly patched and painted over. The only window you could open was the door so the aircon was on constantly. 4 stars. I think not! No we definitely would not stay here again and would advise anyone else to seriously think before doing so.
