"While the location was good for a stopover heading back from SW France, the room was poor and like a cheap motel. Very shabby and dated. Paper thin walls, sound of a tap being turned on and off all night and room very hot with no air con. Also black mold on corner of bath. Overall a very depressing room. Would not stay again. Can’t see how it’s 1 star let alone 3."

"We stayed here on our road trip from UK to Portugal .. fantastic little hotel in the middle of Le Mans. When we arrived we were met by a very helpful lady who gave us our room key and instructed us to park our car in the private garage … this is a must as parking in Le Mans is difficult. After going out for dinner we woke next morning to go for breakfast only to be served by the man who actually built it !. Having had our continental breakfast and a great conversation we packed up and left … excellent!! This is not a big glitzy hotel but very clean and tidy small hotel for a stop over … would definitely stay again … as I said the garage is a must !"

"This hotel should be avoided at all costs. They let us drive all the way from the UK only to tell us on arrival that they could not offer a room because their cleaner was missing. We had to find alternative accommodation at 7.30pm on a Sunday night and they have not yet provided a refund. Scandalous behaviour and we would stronly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs."
