Room smell a bit musty at first entered, customer service was ok even tho I only spoke English the breakfast was awesome the pool is good too the food at the le pelican was aight… but overall the stay was good not too bad …. They cleaned n changed towels daily. Hôtel situated in a good place

I have diarrhoea when having Tapas in the afternoon on 7/12/24 at the bar ( some kind of fish) at the night I have so much stomach pain and went to toilet for many times. Hurt my stomach and tried couldn’t sleep all night. They haven’t provided me a duvet also. Only flat sheet on top of fitted. It feel not even worth the money for what I pay with what they provide.

The rooms was very small in smelling real bad I did not slept at all my bf wanted a refund because of the pictures on the web site was not clean like how it seems

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ma compagne et moi notre chambre était très bien située avec une vue imprenable sur la plage de l’hôtel et même celle de l’hôtel à côté du notre , les chambres sont bien insonorisé ce qui est très agréable pour se reposer en après-midi, l’accueil de l’hôtel à été assez réceptif à ma demande de changement de chambre car celle qui m’avait été attribuée au départ était au dernier étage et j’ai du mal avec l’altitude je compte bien revenir

Chambre très sale mais bon c’est pas le soucis, Que des fourmis partout et nous ne sommes pas les seuls clients à se plaindre. Et ils n’ont pas voulu changer de chambre ni nous rembourser
