Some of the front desk staffs look very young (seemed like students doing part time), but ALL are helpful, regardless of age and gender. The room is very spacious and the beds + pillow are super comfy! I love the organic shampoo and shower gel provided!!
We didn’t rent a car, but booked a few day tour, hence we’re happy to see a drop off area at the hotel.
Well located property in the hear of Launceston CBD. Rooms are comfortable, simple but dated. Some lower floors have older bathrooms which have shower head and bathtub overdue for repair, but higher floors have new bathrooms which are nicer and more comfortable.
Close to attractions- A must visit is the Cataract Gorge site located a short drive just outside Launceston CBD.
Car parking on site which is convenient.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe loved our stay here but there were a few things we thought could have been done better. Firstly no alarm clock, no bed side lights and the Television was extremely small. The Gym have got no weighing scale. Besides that we love everything about the hotel. This is not a complain it’s just our point of view and we would love it if it’s there in the room.
YYusuf.HThe pods are extremely comfortable. At first I was afraid of the quality but I was nothing but satisfied. Everyone who was there was kind and respectful of each other and I would 100% stay again. The only thing I would criticise is the bathroom. Which could use a bit of a clean especially the showers.
SSusannaHotel has a good scenery located at the country side. Recommend to have a morning walk at hotel with the twilight can refresh your mind. I saw chicken and possum during the morning walk. The buffet breakfast was highly recommended. They also have a ****** at hotel where you could stay the whole night with your luck !
ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed at the Coach House twice on a recent visit to Launceston. Kayne was amazing and so helpful. Hotel is very tidy with good amenities. Excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay at the Coach House on our next visit to Launceston. Highly recommend.
BBarrAs a solo traveller just spending one night in Launceston, The Star Hotel was the ideal choice. It is centrally located and street parking was easy to find and free between 17.30 and 09.00 next day. The room itself was compact but comfortable with an ensuite. The friendly, efficient female staff member was able to help with local advice and when I decided to have dinner later, the food and service were exceptional. Three see a couple of stair cases to negotiate but really no trouble. This place was a highlight of my travel in Tasmania.
