A very nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy. The location is very convenience that the Downtown is just right outside.

If you like the noise at the late night, please come.

It’s good, only downside is parking. If you’re in a hurry parking is 5min walk, and elevators are not working in the parking structure.

The service of the hotel is very good. I like the location of the hotel. It is clean and close to everything. The breakfast was good

Room was nicer than expected and pretty clean. The only small issue was one of the pillows smelled a bit like mildew on one side but I just moved that aside and it was fine. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was surprisingly big and modern. I tried checking in online but the system was done as well as the kiosks in the hotel. I checked in with the front desk and they were very friendly and efficient. Had a great short stay.

Great location close to activities on Fremont St. The parking deck was close and very easy to enter and exit. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The continental breakfast at the cafe was a great value (good coffee, quality pastries, fruit & yogurt). The only problem I had was there was no room service to make beds, replace bottled water, exchange towels.

Bed was good. Room small. No desk. Had to buy a fridge. No chair. Had a chase lounge, uncomfortable.

There were orange stains in the wall, took 1 1/2 days to get more towels.

I had to call the front desk multiple times to ask if someone can clean our room, make the beds, empty the garbage,towels, etc. we stayed for four days and our bed was never made and we ended up getting g towels on the last day. Also I paid a lot of money through ******* just to get hit with $500 extra fees at the hotel

Enjoyed everything but couldn’t check in until 8pm which was 5 hours late. Also room a/c was broke and didn’t get fixed tell 3rd day

Perfect hotel within early walking distance to Freemont nightlife.

Their automated check in system didn't work (said a QR code was sent but it wasn't included in message). Better ventilation would help manage smoke.

This place is a gem. I enjoyed the location and how close to Fremont street it was without being to close to the noise.
