โรงแรมเก่าและสกปรกมาก ห้องน้ำสกปรก ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่ดี ดูเหมือนจะมีราขึ้น ผ้าเช็ดตัวขาด อ่างอาบน้ำสกปรกมาก แม้แต่พรมเช็ดเท้าก็สกปรก ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พนักงานใจดีมาก พวกเขาจำเป็นต้องสร้างโรงแรมใหม่ทั้งหมดเพื่อให้ผู้คนมีความสุขกับการเข้าพัก ความสะอาดเป็นปัญหาอันดับหนึ่ง โรงแรมไม่สะอาด! จ่าย 5,000 เปโซต่อคืนสำหรับโรงแรมที่เก่าและสกปรกนั้นรับไม่ได้

Perfect for an overnight stay right at the airport. We walked across from the airport and they were kind enough to drive us back on the morning (literally a sixty second ride but appreciated with the suitcases). Nice breakfast. Rooms are dated but fine for the night.

Very convenient as the hotel is located near the airport. The service was excellent, and my mom was even upgraded to a suite room. We will definitely come back again! 😊

i stay here for 1 night, not recommended to this hotel due to the air condition issue! they try to solve and promised will fixed it in few minutes, actually few minutes = half and hours. They still need us to provide solutions : maybe please provide us a fan? Instead of im feel sweating in the room under the weather 32 celsius LMAO OK i would like to special thanks to Joel, the senior service crew, he really helped to find out the most cold room for me (24.8 celsius), my original room is 27celsius for 2 hours since check in time 1530-1730, they still answer me as still finding technician 🥲🥲🥲 this is my 1st time in Philippines and i hope you will not take the same experience with me 🥲

Great stay! The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good for transit flights Old and dated but the staff are always ready to help and the pool is wonderful

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel, in general, looks its age. The parking at the basement needs more light, cleaning and perhaps repainting. The elevator (lift ) from the basement going to the ground floor is no longer working. But the staff are very accommodating, friendly, and efficient.

The room smelt of must, the TV didn't have very many channels, and the TV audio was awful. They only gave us one key card, so we couldn't have the ac running while we were away, so it was very hot in our room, even at that the ac was struggling to cool our room. We had to sleep with the lights on because the electric wouldnt work otherwise. This is because they had the power outlet connected to the light switch. The gym at this place is terrible all of the equipment is broken and there is no space to stretch or do exercises on the floor. The walk through the hallway to the gym and pool smelt of must and mildue. However the pool was very nice and the people at the front desk were helpful and respectful.

The staff lacked empathy and did not demonstrate a genuine customer service mindset. I was very disappointed with my experience.

The hotel service and facilities were very good. The area around the pool is nice to hang out and have a relaxing evening.

I would not recommend this hotel. We were so disppointed due the hotel is so old, and everything is old beddings, towels, carpet floor so stained- smelly, we all got respiratory issues, wall paint bubbled up and stained, Aircon not working properly and was replaced electric fan. We want to cancel the booking but they will not refund. We have to vacate this hotel. If you do not want.to get sick, stay away from this hotel. This hotel should be not be allowed to operate.

Good serves cleanliness

It was fine. I have stayed here several times due to proximity to the airport. It is expensive for what you get. Staff are polite and breakfast is decent.

Book a night stay in this airport ****** hotel on the 7th June 2027. The room was very old and the air condition is not working at all. Have to sleep in this stuffy room #517 without aircondition and was offered an electric fan for the night. Deffinately not worth paying the rates of almost 7000 peso per night. Was informed that the aircondition is not working upon check in at 12.30pm and the technical team is repairing but they did not offer any solution. Waited till 1.00am for a solution but was not responded. The management should refund or relocate guest to another hotel if needed if they are seriously into business..
