Great for a overnight if you have a early morning flight

Hotel is front of maçtan airport convenient to stay and room is clean easy to check in . Staff are friendly. Love to stop over again .

Can’t beat the location if you need an airport hotel for just a nights stay.  Less then a 5 minute walk from terminal.  Very friendly staff. Comfy room.

Good place, close to the airport

Literally just across the airport. We arrived a bit early, around 9:00 AM, and their check-in time is at 3:00 PM. While waiting, we went back to the airport to have our brunch, and spend some time at the ******. The front desk staff were very nice and apologetic about the wait, even though it wasn’t their fault at all since check in time was clearly indicated as 3:00 PM. That said, we were able to check in at 12:00 NN and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a villa room from a superior room—without paying anything extra. Just WOW! Here’s a breakdown of our stay: Amenities: You won’t get bored here. They have a pool, billiards, a gym, and a 24/7 ******. Food: Their breakfast buffet is 6/10 for not super fancy but only foods taste good. They also have a restaurant open until 10:00 PM, while room service is available 24 hours. If their menu isn’t to your liking, just go to the airport. Room/Facilities: The room was super big and spacious. However, the hotel itself is quite old and could use some renovations. Like their escalator, so we had to carry our luggages all the way to the front desk. The guard didn’t even offered to help or call someone to assist us. One thing I really liked the Wi-Fi is strong! I had to work during our stay, and the uninterrupted internet connection made it easy. Staff: Very accommodating except the security guard. If you have a lot of luggage, you can request a free shuttle service, which is very helpful. We will definitely go back here.

Location is so close to airport but if have direction at arrival hall would be great to find the hotel. the escalator is malfunctioning that need to carry the luggage from lower ground level to hotel lobby but luckily I have hotel staff to help me on luggage moving. last but not lease is the room is little bit dark.

My parents loved their stay at the hotel. It was convenient since they were flying early the next day. The hotel even granted my request to decorate the room for their anniversary. My parents were happy. Thank you Waterfront Mactan :)

The location is nice for us because we arrived in the middle of night. But after the long flight, our daughter was bitten by unknown bugs and got a bit skin

It is conveniently located a few minutes away from the airport. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

unit not so new anymore, old unit facilities/appliances, sinks drain slow - shouldn't be charging much for this condition. staff are amazing though!

The hotel is fine and the staffs are accommodating. One important issue is the convenience of going from the airport to the hotel cause there is no lift in the parking area.

I stayed here because it is across the street from the airport. Waterfront overall condition is acceptable. It needs a renovation as carpets and everything else is showing its age. I decided not to eat at the buffet because it was $25 plus USD. Instead I walked across the street and bought dinner. I didn't use the pool facilities. Outside the building is showing its age. I spent a few minutes in the ******, but it was really warm, more like hot, inside. Overall, Waterfront is nice if you're staying for a day or two and need to stay near the airport. There are nicer properties nearby for better prices, updated renovations, and more amenities.

Very good location,polite hotel personnel…hopefully next time the escalator downstairs will be fixed
