It’s too dirty and lacks maintenance. I don’t know if it’s the air or something else, but the bed and pillows are very dirty and itchy. There are no towels, no free bottled water, and only one power outlet is working. Otherwise, you’ll have to charge your gadgets in the comfort room while they’re hanging, or place a chair there instead. The comfort room is also too warm. The water is warm as well, with no cold water available. We slept while constantly itching our skin. Extremely disappointing!

Room was not in good condition. The bathroom had a water leak, the bed had stains, and the blanket was itchy. We understand that the rate is affordable, but we still paid for our stay and expected at least basic cleanliness. The hotel also did not provide a refund when we requested to cancel. Good thing Trip.com at least offered some compensation.

It is near the outlet. very accessible to the airport. There are amenities thag is not working like the hot and cold shower. The door would not lock from.the outside.

This is my last night experiences in Cebu! I was so shocked when I see the room but it was late so I didn’t request to change the room. I can understand that the hotel is quite old but for the cleanliness is unacceptable! If the room and amenities is not ready or available the hotel need to fix or change it! Even the pillows and the blankets also look like they didn’t wash yet 🫩

We saw a roach in the room. The room has a TV but no channels/signal. Heater is not working.

no towels bathroom heater not working, sink is clogged, no other amenities other than it’s very close to the airport and the front desk staff at night is very kind..

The place is close to Tamia outlet mall, although the area is vulnerable to flood, actually when had a rain water dripping on the stair and made it water accumulate, no elevator the bed is very low with a thin mattress pillow need to get improve AC work good, bathroom equip with a lighted mirror, not much space to move around. I thought this was the same the courtyard in other country that has better accommodation this is just basic low quality hotel.

Super old. Blankets are not properly washed and full of stains. Pillows are too old also.

We decided to stay there for few hours while waiting for our flight. The staff wasn't welcoming upon arrival. Upon entering the room, it was nothing extra. They provided towels, yet we have to ask for sanitary amenities from the counter. The location was close to the Airport.

Pillows are not clean, we had to request cleaner ones and we transferred to another room with even dirtier pillows. Amenities include free bottled water but there were none. I don't think the receptionist was happy to see us. No soap. No TVs. Very very dirty towels :( we are so disappointed, we were even so tired from airport hassle and just wanted a nice rest.

Great hotel

The hotel was good for the price. Lobby was decent. Elevator is a much needed amenity. Rooms are big. Beds are okay but blankets and pillows are super bad. Front desk was sleepy all the time.

Honest review. Like the other reviews, mattresses, blankets, towels have stains (I think it’s old). There’s TV but no signal, so you can’t watch. Toilet bowl is a bit dirty maybe it’s old and there’s this small black worm. It’s near the airport, you can book for Move it to the airport.
