I would like to address some of the concerns you raised regarding the location of the villa and the booking process.I understand that both reservations were made on different platforms, and we tried our best to contact you and Trip.com's hotel support for more information about your estimated time of arrival. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you due to an unavailable contact number. If we had been able to communicate with you, we could have arranged the villas in the same area, knowing that you were traveling as a family.As a courtesy, we upgraded one of your reservations from Lombok Villa to Bantul Villa. In regards to the alleged poor service, our staff was available during the day for housekeeping duties in both villas. We apologize for any communication errors, as there may have been some language barriers. However, our staff did their best to use translation apps to assist you.On the last day of your stay, there was heavy rainfall which caused the pool to be full, but there was no leakage. Our staff checked this issue as per your request. We understand that you checked out of both villas without informing us, which is why we needed to collect the keys and ensure that everything was in good condition. The only call we received was from a local tour guide that you had hired.We hope to serve you better in the future and apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay at Limasan Villa.
