During my stay on April 2024, I was disappointed to find that the hotel didn't have a coffee/tea maker in the room, an iron, an iron desk, or an alarm clock, as per the booking description and booking confirmation. When I asked for the items at the front desk, the employee said they had never had them and suggested that the mistake was mine because I booked from a third-party provider, which is wrong. I booked directly using the Wyndham app. The room was filthy, with running cockroaches, a dirty bathroom and a broken toilet lid. The breakfast was abysmal compared to other Wyndham hotels, and some employees barely speak English, unable to explain where requested items are located.
