Although I was there due to a family emergency, my stay at the Best Western was satisfactory. The staff was kind, attentive, and made a difficult time a bit easier — truly appreciated. Will stay brook again.

地點離State Street、Capital 走路5-8分鐘，距離學校教學樓也約8-10分鐘，非常方便。出行便利。 房間空間寬敞，明亮。最棒的是有面大玻璃窗。白天太陽照進來很舒服。夜晚看看天空，雖然沒見到星星，也也是挺不錯的。窗邊大沙發+枱燈，坐著享受靜靜的、溫暖的角落。 房間整理清潔，乾淨。整體來說，安靜，舒適、便利。可惜早餐比較差一點。 來Madison旅行，經費充足，值得住在這。

Very clean bedrooms, nice staff, ameneties are great and of course close to everything in downtown Madison. Highly recommend!

Great, and quiet, but TVs are worthless, I tried watching a movie they don't have Netflix or any apps so they aren't smart TVs.... I even went to buy. Google Chrome device to cast from my phone and wont work. Wifi will only work on your phone.... it wont connect to other devices. Like a console

Love this hotel! We have stayed on this property many times over the years during our annual Black Friday shopping weekend. We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!

Everything was great with the hotel staff location first night was awesome second night was not so pleasant very rude guest that was on the same floor made it very uncomfortable plus she had the biggest dog ever could not control it and was very mean dog I got stuck on the steps with her coming up and the dog wanted to come after me so I had to go up a few more steps and wait for her to go by she had her music on her phone so loud and took her forever and I was not about to move off them steps until they were out of my view mentioned a little bit to the front desk when checked out but they did not seem to care too much about it but I'm pretty sure they knew who I was talking about

สภาพแวดล้อมอยู่ติดกับทางด่วน เดินไม่สะดวก นอนเปิดหน้าต่างเสียงดังไปหน่อย แต่ปิดหน้าต่างเงียบมาก นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ไม่ค่อยมีหน้าต่างเปิดโล่ง สบายมากโดยไม่ต้องใช้เครื่องปรับอากาศ อาหารเช้าในห้องก็ธรรมดา สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า แต่สุขาภิบาลสะอาดมาก คุณสามารถจอดรถได้ฟรี ลานหลังบ้านมีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่ มีต้นไม้ใหญ่หลายต้น จอดรถใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่เพื่อไม่ให้โดนแดด พนักงานบริการก็กระตือรือร้นมากเช่นกัน❤️
