LLuis Luโดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่น่าพอใจ แต่ดูเพล็กซ์ไม่สะดวกจริงๆ และคุณต้องลงไปชั้นล่างเพื่อเข้าห้องน้ําตอนกลางคืน แต่ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พระราชวังฤดูหนาว มหาวิหารหยดเลือด และถนนเนวาล้วนอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปถึงได้

- обслуживание на завтраке.
Минусы:
- просил принести утюг с доской. Не принесли в течение как минимум 30 минут. Пошли помятыми.
- прислали счет за минибар, которым не пользовался. После звонка вроде аннулировали счет.
- допотопный телевизор. Уже во многих местах стоят телевизоры с android с возможностью смотреть Кинопоиск, RUTUBE и пр.

ผผู้เข้าพักClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available .
The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers.
The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants.
Definitely worth it!

MM222373****這家酒店沒有缺點，如果非要找一個那就是進酒店辦入住需要先爬樓梯以及酒店裡的電梯停半層的（但是入住會幫忙把行李送到房間）。前台都會英語，辦入住連WiFi密碼都要給你挨着念一遍，生怕看不懂他們寫的字。早餐也很好，品種多、好吃！房間衞生間也挺大的，衞生很乾凈！因為最後一晚我第二天一大早4點多就要退房，所以提前一天問了前台屆時有沒有人辦理退房，他們竟然説會幫我把早飯提前裝好給我帶走……等到退房的時候從前台看到我（當時已經要到他跟前了）還跑過來幫我拿行李，出門又幫我拿行李送到樓下門口。我感動的要哭了……怎麼會這麼好啊！！！其次是他們的位置非常好，滴血、喀山、聖以撒教堂、冬宮全部可以步行到達，很近！離火車站開車10分鐘，樓下就是超市，周圍也很多吃的……實在沒有缺點，完美簡直

ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed at the Crown Hotel for three weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were always happy, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent as well, and most importantly, it had a shattaf, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Street and only a minute from both the metro and the railway station. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Crown Hotel again when I return to Saint Petersburg.

Unfortunately, not all of our experiences with the staff were positive: some people – in particular one at the reception and one in the restaurant in the evening – were rather unfriendly with us, perhaps also because we are Italian, and they were not even able to inform us that European Visa and Mastercard cards were blocked due to sanctions.
One aspect that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.
On the positive side, breakfast was very rich and varied, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff members who made our stay more pleasant: the young man preparing omelettes in the morning, two receptionists, and one of the ladies welcoming guests at the restaurant in the morning. All of them were kind, helpful, and professional.
Overall, the location, breakfast, and some of the staff deserve a positive mention, although we regret that not all the service and staff lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

ผผู้เข้าพักNice property with all facilities required in the room. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were helpful. The property was clean and also close to the main street and the metro station. Food, souvenir and metro station was all close by.
A safe and good choice to make.

AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.

Во первых он расположен рядом со станцией метро Горьковская,ост трамвая и автобуса так же.во вторых почти в этом же доме и к нему примыаающих находятся самые вкусные, с отличным обслуживанием и ( цена= качество)кафе, рестораны и булочная. Сам отель представляет собой подьезд когда то жилого дома, на каждом этаже 3 комнаты справа и 3 слева, этажей 5. Во всем отеле очень чисто, на ресепшен приятный и доброжелательный персонал. Сама комната ( нам досталась на 5 этаже( без лифта!!)) Внутри- современный ремонт и мебель ,и санузел. Есть шкаф+вешалки; минихолодильник, тв, микроволновка, чайник. Приветственные чай, кофе по 2 пакета; шампунь, гель д/д, зуб.щетка . Были 7 дней больше не пополняли. Кровать 2спальная с удобным матрасом и хорошим бельем, полотенца чистые( но тоже не разу не меняли!!!это странно). Прибирали каждый день. Снизила 1 звезду за сервис и чистоту, по описанным выше фактам. Ах да отель предлагает заказной завтрак 600₽ с человека, думаю не стоит он таких денег, вокруг столько вкусных и атмосферных мест, что за эти деньги уж точно можно отзавтракать.
