"The owner was very good regarding in communication with him. He had the patience and did explained to us what we have to undergo, in order to successfully book the respective studio. Related to the room: was all clean, tidy, good, enough amenities, all and all was a good experince, less the exterior of the building and the broken window at the entrance dooar of the entire building, with shraded glass all over the stairs..I do recomand, is an ok area and room !"

"In any self-respecting hotel, you would expect basic amenities like toothbrush holders in the bathroom. There were none, so we had to place our toothbrushes on the counter by the sink. Even simple items such as a shower cap were not provided. Housekeeping entered every morning without waiting after knocking. During heavy snowfall, the hotel made no effort to clear a path outside, and we had to walk through snow and frozen puddles to reach our taxi, while other hotels had cleared walkways for their guests. On our last morning, my husband went to buy a coffee and was sent to the dining room. When he made a coffee, a staff member immediately questioned whether we had paid for breakfast and called reception to check, without giving him a chance to say he would pay. She then loudly announced, “Sir! You haven’t paid for the coffee!” as if he were trying to steal. He paid immediately and didn’t even take the change. Overall, this hotel is no more than a three-star property. Management seemed absent, and the staff were unprofessional and inattentive"

"I stayed in this hotel because of the location as it was close to my meeting place, which is yhe National Library. For a hotel with this price, I expected better facilities. At least, there may be hair dryer, kettle or coffe machine, tea/coffee and water as complementary. The breakfast was good and it is served at the terrace where the view was amazing. Rooms are clean but cold. Although the weather was cold (it was mid-October), the heating was not functional because of the season."

"We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was a good size — very pleasant and well kept. We were quite happy with the overall experience. Breakfast could be improved, as there weren’t many healthy options available. Most of the choices were heavier, American-style dishes, so a bit more variety would make a nice difference. It would also be great if the room cleaning were a bit more thorough each day, rather than just making the bed and changing towels. When guests pay for a hotel stay, consistent quality and attention to detail are always appreciated."

"Erinomainen ja siisti hotelli. Loistava sijainti lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun vieressä, mutta silti rauhallista yöpyä. Lähellä minimarket ja bakery. Ystävällinen palvelu ja henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta aamiaisravintola hieman meluisa ja sekava. Saunaosasto altaineen oli plussaa. Samoin oma parveke, mutta parveketuolit puuttui."
