Świetnie zorganizowana nieduża konferencja. Salka konferencyjna czysta i dobrze wyposażona. Pyszne przerwy kawowe oraz lunche, wszystko podane na czas. Hotel zlokalizowany blisko plaży, co pozwala wyjśc na krótki spacer w przerwie szkoleń. Szczególnie chciałabym pochwalić obsługę (szczególnie panią Martę od konferencji), z którą zawsze był kontakt i pomagali zrealizować wszystkie założenia. Pozdrawiam.

We arrived here on Monday, and I have to say we were struck straight away by its central location & waterfront views. We were so close to many restaurants, bars and museums etc, as well as the old town being only a 10 minute stroll away. However on the downside there was no air con and it was a particularly hot few days. We also felt the room was a little small as we could only access the bed from 1 side. The breakfast was very good and varied, although at busy times it could be difficult to find a table straight away. All in all we had a great stay in a good hotel in a truly amazing city. We shall return!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สะดวกใกล้กับเมืองเก่าบนถนนที่เงียบสงบ ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างดีพร้อมโซฟาขนาดเล็กเก้าอี้สองสามตัวโต๊ะและแสงสว่างที่ดี ห้องน้ําสะอาดมากและแรงดันฝักบัวอาบน้ําดีมาก เราใช้ห้องซาวน่าและสระว่ายน้ําในอาคารถัดไป เมื่อเราไปตอนกลางคืนมันยุ่งมากห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าเหมาะสําหรับชาย / หญิง แต่ฝักบัวแยกจากกัน โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถริมถนนมากมายเมื่อเราพักดังนั้นเราจึงโชคดี - โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถ 80 PLN เพื่อจอดรถในรั้วของพวกเขา เราพบว่ามีไม่มากนักใกล้โรงแรมยกเว้นร้านอาหารและร้านสะดวกซื้อเพียงไม่กี่แห่ง ร้านอาหารและร้านค้ามากมายอยู่ห่างออกไปด้วยการเดิน 5-10 นาที จึงสะดวกพอ

This hotel is right inside the Golden Gate entrance to the Gdansk old city, so the location is super convenient for walking everywhere, and it is one stop on the tram from the train station. There is a lot happening on the street, but the room was quiet when the windows were closed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were glad we stayed there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Lovely hotel with friendly service. Good location close to main square and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with great quality and selection. Well-maintained ”boutique” feel. Restaurant and bar was very nice and our bartender was very nice. We tried a Pavlova at the bar for the first time. Would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay in Royal Residence. The owner was very helpful and very nice, there was a problem with our room since the previous guests left quite a mess. He picked us from the airport, found an alternative allocation for one night in the city centre and the next morning drove us to the hotel. The hotel itself had spacious rooms and comfortable beds and close to the city center, just 3 tram stops. Very good quality in this price!

My stag group & I were shocked at how amazing this place was! The rooms are huge & no expense was spared when this was built. The food hall downstairs was top notch, meals were around £8 and were all delicious, with a massive bar. You could have a night just down in the food hall if you wanted, people come from all over town to this place, not too busy though too. You need a room card to use the lifts to get up to the rooms. It’s silent above the food hall. The fact it’s an old WW2 U boat factory & they’ve kept the history of it really made it for us. Plenty of shops just outside too. Location was perfect, 25 mins from the airport, using Uber & about £10, and around 10-15 walk to the centre of town. Actually one of the best places I’ve stayed in, 100% will be going back!

My biggest concern was lack of closet space for two people in our room. We stayed for few days so we had little more luggage and clothes change. There was only one closet with the hangers and that was all we could use. There are some shelves above main closet but you can't reach them without climbing chairs. Water in the jug instead of bottles is a big no for me. Terrible kettle. It is almost impossible to fill the cup without spill hot water all-over the place. I would prefer to have a proper tea jug instead of those small cups provided. And finally the note in the bathroom about the hair dryer. I suggest to use some English speaker for translation instead Google translator. Right now it is hilarious. Good job to reception staff. Very nice, polite and helpful young people.

Firstly the location of this place is great, right on Dlugi Targ and mid way between the Xmas markets and the riverside areas. You’re literally in the heart of the action and the price for 3 nights was excellent. The room was clean and spacious but very very warm on arrival (a nice contrast to outside but a little too hot). We didn’t have breakfast here but did have drinks on the terrace outside. Good service and lovely location with heaters provided. TV in the room was very small and had one English speaking channel that was just news. Not a big deal but it’s nice to have access to a few English channels or even Netflix in this day and age. There’s a well stocked mini bar in the room but again we didn’t use it. The only issue we had was on check out when they tried to charge us for bedding they claim they’d had to throw away. This was completely out of the blue and neither of us could for the life of us think what this was about. When challenged the reception staff had no details of this alleged damage even after making a phone call to housekeeping staff could provide no details. They ‘waived’ the charge not that we would have paid it but it left a very sour taste about our stay and for this I couldn’t recommend it. If you do stay take some pictures of your bedding before they’re changed or you may find yourself in the same position
