I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was good. I’m satisfied with my experience and would consider staying here again.

For the price, the comfort room is not that okay. There’s a wet area also in the floor carpet which I did not raised anymore because I checked in late already and will just move to other room the next day.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

I booked 2 rooms for our Davao trip. Hotel is located within the city proper,walking distance to Roxas night market, San Pedro Cathedral, City Hall and People's Park.Staff are friendly and helpful,special thanks to Jmaes who assisted us with our morning coffee 😀. Rooms are spacious enough but not so clean,and have faulty faucet in our bathroom and shower leaked in the other room,they did fix it after we complained about it.

I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hour front desk personnel and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.
