The decor reminded me of an Austin Powers movie - it was quirky and colorful. Our two rooms were quiet. The room amenities - coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sparkling water, cookies, popcorn were appreciated. It is a short walk to downtown Queenstown. Our travel company booked our rooms along with our tours so I can not speak to price as it was all included in our trip. I would use this hotel again as the beds were comfortable and the rooms large and clean. Just be aware that breakfast is not served until 8 am - we missed it two out of our three days since we had early tours. When we were able to use it on our last day the ham & cheese croissants were great.

He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, providing fantastic recommendations for local dining and activities, and even arranging transportation when needed. His knowledge of the area and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my visit. The hotel itself is charming, the balcony has the magnificent view of Queenstown and beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, boutique charm. My room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor that created a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, including the complimentary breakfast, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
