The room space is very big and you can cook for yourself if you like. But one thing made me so upset is their breakfast is really not good, few dishes, few kinds.
just opposite to an upscale shopping center (Artz) and very close to another shopping center Perisur. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and quiet, very convenient. The picture is the view from my room.
This is on the Michelin guide however unfortunately I felt that the service didn't live up to the expectations of something that would be on the Michelin guide.
The breakfast options were lacking especially for somebody with a gluten intolerance none of the staff seem to have an awareness of what this was offered me a beer 🥲 and bread.
Anyway it was okay and comfortable and the room was big and the bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet
AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.
RRaul G.NUn hotel muy seguro , he llegado ya en tres ocasiones para realizar salida aerea internacional y van y me recogen al aeropuerto, tienen ese servicio agregado y sin costo dolo con una propina al chófer lo recomiendo.⁹
ผผู้เข้าพักGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
ผผู้เข้าพักI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe location is good, the cleanliness and facilities are acceptable though not great. But the only thing that bothers me is the ventilation in the room, which cannot be turned off manually. The constant noise it makes makes me sleep badly at night.
