그리고 특히 한국인 컨시어지 제하 님이 그냥 하드캐리세요,,
택시 관련해서 좀 어려움이 있었는데 바로 도와주시고, 한국가서 처리할 수 있도록 해주시고ㅠ ㅠ
말씀 따로 안드려도 공항 밥 맛없구 비싸다고 도시락 챙겨주시고 그냥 최고십니다.. .💗

HHajiyev ToghrulWhen i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But...
1. This is like 3 stars hotel.
2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes
3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay....
4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants.
5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars.
6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):)
So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

ผผู้เข้าพักเราชอบโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน ตอนนี้เราไปที่โรงแรมแคนคูนทุกครั้งที่เราไป จากช่วงเวลาที่เรามาถึงเราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นที่สุด ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับเราเพียงสองนาทีจากน้ํา เตียงสบายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อเราชอบน้ําจืดผ้าเช็ดตัวและการทําความสะอาดทุกวันรวมถึงผ้าเช็ดตัวชายหาดสดทุกวัน มันคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไป Alejandro ที่ต้อนรับเราในล็อบบี้เป็นคนรักอย่างแน่นอนเช่นเดียวกับพนักงานทุกคน เป็นการพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่โรงแรมน้องสาวข้างๆ ดีกว่าของเรา แต่เนื่องจากคุณสามารถเข้าถึงทั้งสองได้ นี่ไม่ใช่ปัญหา
พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรช่วยเหลือดีและอาหารอร่อยจากร้านอาหารสามแห่งที่เราลอง เครื่องดื่มรวมทั้งหมดในแพ็คเกจของเราเป็นอาหารท้องถิ่นและไม่สนุกมาก - นี่จะเป็นข้อร้องเรียนเดียวของฉัน

ผผู้เข้าพักWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.
