Прекрасное месторасположение, на территории монастыря. Большая удобная парковка. Номер имеет все необходимое, чисто. Завтрак вкусный, есть все что надо. Каши, яйца, овощи, фрукты, блинчики. Отличный выбор для остановки на 1-2 ночи. Вернемся однозначно. Цена -качество соответствует. Все просто, но чисто и уютно. Матрас на кровати хороший! Для меня важно.

Very nice hotel. Well located in Vilnius old town next to every interesting point. Room is claen with plenty of space. Only bit of downside is the curtain cannot keep outside light in the morning. Breakfast is average. Staff are nice.

Расположение супер, декорирование территории отеля очень атмосферно. В номере было тихо, всего хватало. Номер подуставший, но уютный. Раньше (в 13.00) не заселили, предложили оставить вещи и прогуляться либо подождать. Но зато бесплатно повысили категорию номера.

ประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมสําหรับฉันเพราะอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีขนส่งและสถานีรถไฟ และเดิน 20 นาทีไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญๆ ห้องกว้างมากและสะอาดมากดูค่อนข้างใหม่เช่นกัน พนักงานต้อนรับสุภาพมาก จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนถ้าฉันอยู่แถวๆ

We booked a standard room from pictures posted with normal windows. We ended up in a loft room 506 with a velux window. Very dated room with a bathroom that was not the cleanest and lots of cracked tiles. If you get room shown on the site maybe this is not an issue. Also the lift only goes to 4th floor. You need to go up steps to 5th floor so not good if you have mobility issues.

Disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. Service & Staff: The staff were consistently unfriendly. On our last day, we were told we weren't on the breakfast list. After I insisted they check again, the staff member realized she had made a mistake but offered no apology. This lack of basic courtesy is uncalled for. Room Issues: The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. Our fridge did not cool at all, and despite the TV menu advertising cable TV, we only had access to local channels. Furthermore, the hotel puts the burden on guests to hang a ”clean room” tag; otherwise, the room is simply ignored—hardly a standard 4-star practice. Breakfast: The food service was poor. By 9:30 AM, almost all the food trays were empty and were never refilled, leaving few options for guests.Overall, this hotel failed in every aspect. Not recommended.

This is a theme hotel and the theme is poets and authors, so each room is named after a different author and inside the rooms there are paintings and photos and books of the author and other authors. But one goes to a hotel to find a comfortable stay and leave the authors for the museums. Why does the theme interfere with having a shower curtain and not have the water spill all over the floor or have the bath on legs so tall that I almost lost my balance twice and then almost slipped on the wet floor????? And only one toilet paper roll? And no phone connecting to the front desk which is really far away from the room. So each time to walk back and forth. And when you get there it is unmanned so go ahead and wait some 10-15 minutes until someone will come. The location is really great. The breakfast is regular nothing to write home about.

Ottima qualità/ prezzo per posizione e grandezza della stanza, colazione ottima e varia, un grande plus la sauna aperta dalla mattina presto fino alla sala! La reception é 24h ma dopo un certo orario chiudono le porte automatiche e bisogna chiamare un numero (cosa che non mi era stata comunicata), quindi fate attenzione ad avere telefono con chiamate abilitate a disposizione!

It is a nice hostel to stay for the vacation in Vilnius, since it is within walking distance to the Old Town and other tourist attractions. The bed sheets and floor are also quite clean and tidy.
