Nice stay with courtesy extended by staff of the address inn and property is situated at prime location to reach any where in the city , they maintain the property very well and locality is also decent to invite friends to have chat with amicable manner
Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room
The stay was good and the double beds room was spacious for 3 people and 1infant. However, bathroom was small but okay for quick refresh.
Since the property is recently renovated, food option was not there. They were in process of having one at rooftop.
People were friendly and checkin checkout was seamless.
Even they offered us a baggage storage on the last day due to our late travel time.

Good easy accessibility and center of city. Bit noisy as the hotel is just opposite of the main road and vehicles honking like anything. Hotel need to have better sound proof glass windows so that noise problem getting eliminated.
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!
SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.
TTaranjitkaur1102I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.
ผผู้เข้าพักFEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.
