Ankunft mitten in der Nacht am Flughafen Hyderabad mit fast zwei Stunden Verspätung. Trotzdem wartete jemand vom Hotel auf mich und stellte sicher, dass der Fahrer mich sicher ins Hotel fährt. A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations — highly recommended and would happily return anytime.

Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made . Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight. Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.
