酒店樓下很多中超和中餐，前台還有專門的安保人員，會幫忙拿外賣，早餐也很豐富，就是有個史詩級bug，最靠外面的電梯下到-1層是員工專屬區域，洗衣房也在同一層，兩者之間有帶有門禁的門隔開（圖10），進入員工區域需要刷卡，這時候有意思的事情就來了，如果你洗完衣服，按了電梯，下來的是員工區域的電梯的話，你就過不去因為房間卡刷不了那個門，這時候你衹有等那個電梯上去，其他正常區域的電梯才會下來，或者衹能走旁邊的樓梯。退房那天我正好遇到了穿西裝的估計是經理，還和他説了，期待後續有什麼改進

I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation. While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ทุกอย่างอยู่ในระยะเดินถึงได้ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญหลายแห่งของดับลินอยู่ใกล้ๆ ทำให้เหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับการเที่ยวชมเมือง โรงแรมอพาร์ตเมนต์สะอาด ห้องพักทันสมัยและสะดวกสบาย แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

ฉันคงต้องใช้บทกวีสักบทมาบรรยายถึงการเข้าพักของเราในดับลิน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งที่อพาร์ตเมนต์ Beckett Locke เรามาถึงโรงแรมด้วยความเหนื่อยล้าจากการเดินทางอันยาวนาน พนักงานต้อนรับใจดีต้อนรับเราและทำการเช็คอินให้เราอย่างอบอุ่นราวกับว่าเราเป็นเชื้อพระวงศ์ สองสามวันที่ผ่านมา อพาร์ตเมนต์สตูดิโอที่สวยงามของเราทำให้เราได้พักผ่อนหลังจากเดินชมถนนหินกรวดของดับลิน เมื่อเราต้องจากไปในเช้าวันนี้ น้ำตาไหลอาบแก้ม เพราะเราต้องจาก Beckett Locke บ้านหลังเล็กๆ ของเราในไอร์แลนด์

ไม่มีอะไรจะตำหนิ Metro Hotel เราเช็คอินช้า โทรไปล่วงหน้า ช่วยเหลือดีมาก พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับและร้านอาหารน่ารักมาก เข้าถึงที่จอดรถ Holiday Blue ได้ง่าย จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนและจอดรถไว้ที่นั่น

ลืมถ่ายรูปเลยค่ะ การเช็คอินสะดวกมาก ห้องพักมีห้องน้ำและที่อาบน้ำด้วย ถึงจะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ข้างนอกตรงทางเดินกว้างขวางมาก! ผ้าม่านทึบแสงดีมาก ให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวสูงมาก แค่คนข้างบนเตียงสองชั้นกรนทั้งคืนเลย ฉันนอนไม่หลับเลย! ใครชอบพักแบบนี้มาพักได้เลยนะ!

The man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming as soon as my friends and I arrived. The rooms were kept especially clean throughout our entire stay. The friends I traveled with also ate at the breakfast and said the price was fair because the buffet was so good. 10/10 stay. Also just a ten-ish minute ride downtown and airport.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were available around the clock to cater to our every need and made this such a special trip. Thank you so much

My husband and I had been planning this trip to Dublin for quite some time. And when we found this beautiful boutique hotel online, we were so excited. As soon as we arrived And checked in, there was a lot going on in the lobby area, so it was a little overwhelming. We saw a lady at the desk, but we weren’t sure that she actually worked there because she didn’t greet us. Didn’t even look our way. It seemed like she had a general disinterest or disdain for us being there. I asked, “Is this the front desk to the hotel?” To which she responded in a monotone voice, “Yes.” I was shocked that this was the first impression of the hotel that we were getting. What made it worse was that my husband was told that we needed to put a card on hold and he proceeded to tap his card thinking that it was like all the other places we had been to in Ireland. But it didn’t work. Several times he tapped it and it showed nothing. He asked the lady, “does your tap work? Do you have tap?” To which she replied a curt, “no.” Mind you, she was standing there the entire time and could see the entire situation. This interaction was such a bummer, and this made our short trip to Dublin feel a little sour.  To be honest, not all of the stuff was like that morning. We woke up to get a coffee downstairs, and the gentleman that works at the coffee bar was very warm. A young Spanish speaking man. He was absolutely amazing; patient and willing to answer any questions About the items on the menu And the different pastries available.  Overall, the hotel was a mixed bag. It had a very chic vibe but outside of that lovely gentleman, their customer service can definitely improve!
