Frontline reception is friendly and remembers names. I am sensitive to sounds and so the speakers are old and jarring, I even have to ask them to turn down volume on my floor level. Too loud and intrusive even when I am in my room. They don’t have menu in the room and rely on slow traditional method tl deliver for you to read menu in your room. Acoustics and sound blockage bad as I can hear noise from outside glass panel window at night bikes zooming past.
Central location which makes moving around easy. However the facilities are not well maintained and is pretty run-down. Towel has been overused till it's somewhat torn. The end corner of the room lacks wifi and telco coverage making it challenging to get connected.

It’s really a nice hotel with beautiful green environment and no doubt will be one of our recomended hotel to stay in Central Jakarta. Five star for the services, staff , food and also facility
JJocelyn97We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room.
