Me and my friend we spent 5 nights here in private room with breakfast included in the price of accomodation and I can't explane how much we enjoied every single morning sitting outside and eating really nice breakfast. We are spechless. The propety was so beautiful, modern and clean. Location is 10 out of 10! Staff was really friendly and welcoming, one evening we ate dinner there and they just gave us free dessert as a thank you for eating dinner here. As a guest we had 15% off for lunch and dinner and even withou the discount the price list is more than fine due to the location in the center of Old Town Zadar. So if you are looking for nice, calm, clean and warm welcoming hotel/hostelthis is THE ONE! - Adela and Simona
Very nice location and reasonable price. Unfortunately, my friend's backpack was stolen in the hotel. Luggage storage was unguarded. Travellers can go in and out and drop down their luggage easily. My friend's suitcase and backpack were pushed out by the others but they did not put them back and her belongings were left outside of the luggage room for a really long time. The luggage room was opposite the concierge but none of the staff tried to put her stuff back to the room. Eventually, my friend's backpack were stolen. We only realised it when we came back to the hotel and took our stuff. The staff was not that helpful and even tried to stop my friend from calling the police. After the staff checked the cctv and confirmed one of their customers who checked in that day stole my friend's backpack, she could finally call the police. Luckily, the police acted so fast or we would have missed our flight. The stay was pleasant despite this unfortunate event happened. Many of the valuable items were placed in the backpack and my friend was really upset. I hope the hotel can make a response of it and offer some compensation.
O hotel é excelente, localização privilegiada, atendimento muito cordial, banheiro grande, cama confortável, estacionamento gratuito e ótimo café da manhã, super recomendo o hotel.
What a beautiful hotel to visit, my wife and I arrived late in the evening and in the reception our room key was on the desk waiting for us. Our room was outstanding so spacious and with a lovely large ensuite shower room which was very clean 👌. The bed was a queen size, comfortable and nicely dressed , a large double wardrobe with plenty of room for all our clothes, there is a safe in there and a mini bar also. Breakfast is served on the top floor in a stunning 360 view room and it had really good selection, the staff and super friendly and cook your eggs anyway you like them , i must say we had omelets most days and they was spot on so thanks to the ladies x The owner/manager was brilliant 👏 he recommended some places and restaurants and briefed us on the taxi service and local amenities. The location is in a quite area so it's about 35 minutes walk downhill to the old town but it can be hard going coming back so maybe think of getting a taxi back which is 7euros if is warm . There is a mini market and a small local bar about 250m away so thats not too far if you don't fancy going into town. The pool at the hotel is a nice sun trap with plenty of beds and never gets busy so you don't have to worry about the towel brigade taking all bed lol . So to summarise fantastic, relaxing, clean, quite and with super friendly staff what more do anyone need thankyou to all. Mark and Tracy x
in this hotel they welcomed us as presidents. The rooms are clean down to the last detail, the maids are very friendly. Clean towels twice a day which is great. Food delivery to the room 0-24. If necessary, we ordered private transportation for a tour of the city and places in the surrounding area. recommendations for this.
We are on tour with Cosmo Tour, didn't expect to jam us in this hotel of which most rooms were not clean & mouldy, not only the bathroom, shower curtain too, the room also has sign of mould around air conditioning. The bed is so thin and soft, when sit on it, it just compacts almost to the bottom. Everything is so old and unmanaged; rubbish was left over. You would not dare to sit on the chair provided (old & dirty-you will argue this is an antique, so treat it with care). I wouldn't think it's a 3 star as advertised. It's a back packers rated with a little extra as the room certainly bigger than backpackers!
I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel although it grew on me during our stay. Firstly, the design of the room. It is weird to have a bathroom with no door, only a curtain separating the main bedroom. Who likes that? If you go to the bathroom in the night and wash your hands, you disturb the room. Secondly the rooms are slightly dated and our air conditioning worked badly, with a poor output. I did call them to fix this but it wasn’t working even after this properly. Buffet food is a bit strange. Breakfast is ok, dinner is odd. It’s also odd not to have a pasta option for the children at the buffet. Swimming pools and beach is nice. Reception and front of house seemed a bit overwhelmed. It isn’t a 5* hotel however. It is very much a 4*. Prices however are very high
Firstly, I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you have a car. The carpark was a bit tricky to find and was absolutely full when we arrived, with people double-parked everywhere. Luckily someone left while we were hanging around - but this is just an ordinary uncovered public carpark and so we didn't feel the car was very secure. However, the rooms were only a 4 minute easy walk away - and we were met at the door by the host. You have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs, but the rooms themselves were well appointed. We appreciated the plates, glasses and breakfast things that were there. Everything was very luxurious and the bathroom was small, but had an excellent shower. The bed was comfortable, but you have to keep in mind that the rooms are in the centre of town and it can get noisy if you want the window open. The location is great - close to all the sights and lots of cafes, supermarkets, bakeries and souvenir shops.
Well ,what a wonderful campsite we have a caravan, arrival a bit chaotic as it was a holiday weekend, never the less we were given a wonderful pitch after turning down a couple. It is often when things go wrong you see the “measure” of somewhere. I fell off my bike and really hurt my knee, asked reception if they had any crutches in lost property, no they did not, but someone would come. Within minutes a buggy carrying a wheelchair had arrived along with a set of keys for a private bathroom so my husband could help me, no extra charge, also helped me to order some crutches online to be delivered to the campsite. Facilities were spotless, modern and with lots of extra touches, who knew dishwashers available, OK at a cost but even so. Bar staff excellent even told me of a local vineyard to visit for their fab Rose, sadly could not do this due to knee, food a really high standard for a campsite. Pool all open, with sun beds out in neat rows every morning. Not sure who does their staff training but it is excellent, “yes” is their answer, “how can we help”. Spa looked fab, but again could not use, great bike ride to Zadar if you don’t mess about and fall off. Beach etc , in fact everywhere dog friendly bars etc. One of the best if not the bast campsite we have ever stayed on and we have stayed at a few, such a shame such a long way from the UK.
First off, the good: Great location Wonderful made to order breakfast Amazing room with beautiful artwork, stunning floors, comfy bed, great view of the water Very spacious with modern aesthetic Hot water and coffee service outside your room I would have given this place a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the credit card issue I encountered. Out of all the places we stayed, and we stayed 6 places during our trip, this was the only one who used a credit card machine that didn’t automatically charge me in euros and provided a confusing message asking if it was euros or US dollars without explaining what that meant. I assumed it meant if my credit card was from a US bank…. Guess I should have asked more clarification questions as I ended up having to pay an extra $100 in USD on top of my room cost, which was way above what they even listed as their conversion fees on the receipt. This was part of the Dynamic Currency Conversion scam and unfortunately I fell for it. When I reached out to them to ask them if they could refund and re-run it in Euros as a mistake was made, and that they charged over what conversion rate was listed on their receipt, they said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately this soured what would have been a great hotel for us.
ผผู้เข้าพักI would suggest to get a Taxi if come from bus station. Or else, it will take 25minutes. However, u could walk with nice scenery. If possible to contact hotel host for the self check-in info in advance.
