I booked over night stay in village Liverpool we had a lovely stay for food in the pub was lovely staff where very friendly we use the gym facilities why we stayed Carolyn from the desk showed us round and had very good knowledge on the facilities

I picked this hotel as it was near where I was going to work, and it seemed to be a new hotel. When I got there about 9pm, I had the very last parking space, its only a small car park for the number of rooms. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms modern so no complaints so far. Time to put the lights out and to get my head down and get a good night sleep. Well that's what I was hoping for. No chance, every time someone closed their door, it vibrated through the hotel, I was on the side of the main road, and all you could hear was the traffic constantly passing. I even I a fan in the room, so I put it on for background noise, but that did not help, you could still hear the traffic and the road noise. The hotel was full with a coach tour too, so no spare rooms on the other side of the hotel, the staff even said the rooms are soundproof, but we know they are not. If you are a heavy sleeper, and you can block out the noise of the traffic, not a bad hotel, if you can't do that - DO NOT STAY HERE. I hope this helps you with deciding if you are going to book this hotel.

Warm welcome, secure, comfy rooms, we had a plus room, clean, lots of space, little touches like hairdryer and iron not always in some hotels. 4 mi s from the station, tucked away, so quiet had the best 4 day stay and would come again. Thanks to the staff for just being lovely.

Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms Pros Cheap cost City centre Close to car parks and transport links Toiletries and cleaning products provided Great facilities in apartment ( washer, fridge etc) Cons It’s an old building with single glazing so there’s some street noise ( the company has other apartments not far away in quieter locations ) The second ‘bedroom is only partitioned off from the living area so it’s unusable if the person/people in there are still asleep I have to say some of the reviews for this place made me worry if booking this was a good choice or not. But it was only for one night so what was the. Worst that could happen The apartment is beautifully furnished and the linen was clean and soft Obviously these are let all the time so there’s some general wear and tear and some of the dining chairs are a bit stained but I get that they don’t get much opportunity to deep clean However. The beds were comfy. It had everything you need for a stay away. Cups plates etc. little toiletries in the bathroom ( maybe a mini soap for the sink wouldn’t go amiss guys ). Washing up stuff and a washing machine are included if you need them The apartment was amazingly spacious It was just a friend and I but we opted for two rooms as I’m an early riser and she isn’t. Plus I snore - so I’ve saved her having to listen to me all night . The communication from the castle collection was great from the get go , the staff we met in the building were very friendly and it was nice to find somewhere that didn’t take hen/stag parties to help keep noise down If you’re wanting somewhere affordable that’s not a premier inn etc. in the city centre. Comfortable and clean then I highly recommend. We’ll definitely be using these again if we return to Liverpool

Disaster. Rooms were far from clean with very few items stocked. No mugs at all. All surfaces were dirty. Windows/blinds didn’t work and a huge hike up stairs with large bags. Couch filthy. My elderly parents were in a room with the living area in the basement which stank due to the shower leaking and the carpets were soaked. Their room was on the Main Street with people smoking & drinking directly outside. Customer service woeful - zero communication or help with check in and over two weeks later we are still waiting for 250 pound security deposit to be returned. Completely unacceptable and we are having to chase daily.

I am a regular guest at premier inn Roby for work purposes and I genuinely enjoy staying there. All the staff go above and beyond to help me whenever I need and always great me with a smile upon arrival and recognise me without asking my name. I think there personal touch is on point. Have been meaning to leave a review for quite sometime and never got round to it
