"ขณะนี้ทางโรงแรมกำลังดำเนินการปรับปรุงภายนอกอาคาร และในห้องพักบางห้องที่ชั้นของฉัน ทางโรงแรมกำลังควบรวมกิจการกับโรงแรมแบรนด์อื่น ซึ่งทางโรงแรมไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบขณะทำการจอง ซึ่งก็ไม่เป็นไร อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อฉันหยิบผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ำ ก็มีสกรูยาวตกลงมาจากที่ไหนก็ไม่รู้ ซึ่งอาจเป็นอันตรายได้"

"The hotel location is really good just opposite Dundee University. In the old building, they have a lot of parking lots as well. The room is spacious. The Internet connection is OK. The hotel is classic architect. The only thing I want to mention is about breakfast you need to order to the staff, but of course can refill, however, not many option tho."

"Great staff and hotel. Barman Joel was friendly and efficient and rushed off his feet. Breakfast good, but parking full, had to park in carpark 2 min walk away so not too bad. I'd go back when next in Dundee."

"Excellent hotel in prime central location with views of the river Tay and both bridges. Staff very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the beefeater was great value for money. Room clean and warm with everything you would expect."

"The Hotel was satisfactory accommodation, the bathroom was clean and tidy, room was very spacious and beds were large and made well. For the price the room was very satisfactory and the only few issues we had is the walls had been repainted a bit shoddy in places and there wasnt a hairdryer, although there was a fan which was a nice suprise."

"I have few friends in Dundee. Mostly a day trip to see them. Occasionally staying over in Dundee city centre. But I have never stayed in this place before. The room I was given was very spacious with a panoramic town and River Tay view. Everything was so clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. I have a morning routine of stretch exercise. Sometimes I cannot do that when I am staying in small hotel room. But Double Tree's room was big enough for me to enjoy morning stretch. Complimentary buffet breakfast was great. There is a pancake maker in the breakfast room. And not one, two pancake makers! Never seen anything like it at buffet breakfast setting. I made one for myself. Never used the maker before so the finishing pancake was not perfect but I enjoyed it. Staff were all friendly and attentive. I had a very good stay. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It is modern and very clean suite-style rooms with full kitchenettes that guests love for comfort and convenience. Staff are warm and helpful, and the hotel includes free breakfast, a gym, laundry facilities and a small pantry. Its location is a comfortable 10–15 minute walk to Dundee city centre and the V&A waterfront. The main downsides mentioned are limited paid parking and occasional breakfast items running low during busy periods, but overall it’s considered excellent value and ideal for both short and extended stays."
