Très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour cette auberge de jeunesse nouvelle génération, tout le personnel a été agréable et compétent. Une mention particulière au chef cuistot du Birgit pour ses délicieux gâteaux faits maison, sa salade de fruits, son coulis de framboise et tout le reste au petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse ainsi que le petit déjeuner XL

Everything was perfect! Great hotel! Very polite and friendly staff! Clean rooms and convenient location near the train station. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Le Havre!

In the centre of Le Havre. The hotel is difficult to miss, it is huge.. We used a surface level car park which was generally rather full yet we always managed to find a space. We had a large bedroom with 6' bed with a rear view of fountains and gardens. It had exceedingly poor lighting and very weedy wi-fi. Our bathroom was large and weel appointed, individual toiletries. Good breadfast including cooked.

Hello, I unfortunately stayed at this property . If I have known would have stayed else where . Staff is completely ****** and humiliates the non white guests. If you are a person of color ,one is not allowed to the restaurant nd use the amenities . It reminds me of apartheid times. But if you are white this could be a great place . I have complained to the management and explained to them in detail in an email but no response so far . Any what can you expect from shameless people. Will escalate to the government authorities about this . Thanks -

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel souriant agréable et à l'écoute, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner bien complet avec du choix et produits régionaux Nous avions une chambre privilège au 7ème étage avec vue sur le bassin, chambre bien équipée, literie confortable (même si nous avions emmené nos oreillers, c'est une habitude quand on dort à l'hôtel) Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Très bonne cuisine Un hôtel où nous aurons plaisir à revenir

I was staying for training for 2 weeks in small and cozy boutique hotel. Location is great, walk distance everwhere, to the city and to the beach. I felt very good, rooms where clean and nice. Staff was so great and so friendly. They help with eberything what they could. Thank you very much to make me feel so pleasant in your hotel. I felt like home 😍 I highly recconend this hotel for stay in Le Havre. Best of luck and Hopefully I will visit you again 😉
