Отель в целом довольно новый, заселение исключительно с 16.00, вещи можно оставить в соседнем здании студенческого общежития (вверх в небольшую горку 😃) К сожалению, в номере не было ни чайника, ни чашек, только стеклянные стаканы. Одна сковорода и одна кастрюля. Все остальные удобства отличные. Тренажёрный зал довольно просторный и для отеля достаточно наполненный.

O hotel apresenta uma imagem moderna, boa organização e um nível de conforto adequado tanto para viagens de lazer como de trabalho. Pontos positivos • Localização estratégica junto ao Estádio de San Mamés, com bons acessos e ligação eficiente aos principais pontos da cidade. • Hotel recente, com instalações modernas e bem conservadas. • Quartos confortáveis, silenciosos e funcionalmente bem equipados, com boa climatização e camas confortáveis. • Atendimento profissional e cordial por parte da equipa. • Boa relação qualidade/preço para a categoria, sobretudo tendo em conta o padrão geral do hotel. Pontos a melhorar • O pequeno-almoço poderia ser mais completo e equilibrado, com maior variedade de opções saudáveis (fruta fresca, produtos integrais, alternativas sem açúcar/lactose). • A limpeza dos quartos, embora aceitável, deveria ser mais rigorosa nos micro-detalhes, compatível com o nível esperado num hotel de 4 estrelas. • Ausência de espaços de convívio, como bar, lounge, sala de jogos ou áreas comuns que convidem à permanência fora do quarto. • O estacionamento do hotel é funcional, mas o preço é elevado. Além disso, não existe estacionamento gratuito ou acessível nas imediações, o que condiciona quem viaja de carro. Conclusão Um bom hotel de 4 estrelas, moderno, confortável e bem localizado, com margem para melhorar alguns serviços complementares e detalhes operacionais. Recomendável para quem procura qualidade, tranquilidade e boas condições gerais de estadia em Bilbao

โรงแรมที่ดีตรงข้ามสนามกีฬาซานมาเมส เงียบมาก เว้นแต่จะมีเกม พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรมากที่แผนกต้อนรับและที่อื่น ๆ เดิน 5 นาทีไปยังสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินและรถรางหรือเดินผ่านสวนสาธารณะไปยัง Guggenheim แนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

I stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.

Es un alojamiento muy práctico para hacer turismo. A pesar de no estar en el centro la comunicación es muy buena.  y  es más económico. Disponer de cocina, super mercado y cafetería/restaurante cerca es muy cómodo.

Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic *****, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.

The location is very convenient, only around a 10-minute walk from Bilbao city centre. Breakfast was excellent, with both made-to-order options and a buffet. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit. The front desk staff and breakfast team were all very friendly and welcoming. Although my room faced a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet with almost no noise at all. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay here.
