Good location. Clean room, comfy bed, safe in room. Again extra charge for use of the Sauna of 20 euros per person per day, not advertised on booking for Sauna hotel with added wait of one hour to heat sauna up beforehand. room was really cold on entering with window open. had to put the radiator on myself to warm up. Hotel is opposite train station for easy access to all tourist attractions in Hamburg and beyond.

Bij aankomst bleken we twee donzen dekbedden en kussens te hebben terwijl we erg allergisch zijn. Toen we vroegen om synthetische dekens werd gezegd dat als we savonds terug zouden komen, we de dekens zelf bij de receptie konden ophalen. Bij terugkomst na het avondeten bleek dat ze maar 3 synthetische dekens hadden, waarvan ze er al 2 aan iemand anders hadden meegegeven. We moesten dus met twee personen één eenpersoons deken delen. Omdat ze geen sleutels hadden van de kast van de housekeeping, waar nog meer dekens lagen. Heel slecht. Ze gaven aan dat ze in de ochtend wel een t****e deken zouden hebben en dat we compensatie zouden krijgen voor de eerste nacht, bijvoorbeeld een gratis ontbijt dat we nog niet geboekt hadden. Dat zou mooi zijn. Maar de ochtend erop zeiden ze dat we geen ontbijt meer konden krijgen, omdat ze er qua aantallen niet op gerekend hadden. Terwijl in de boeking stond dat we ter plaatse het ontbijt nog bij konden kopen. Zelfs de dag erna een ontbijt kon niet meer. Dus kregen we een voucher voor aan de bar te besteden van €5,=. Niet te vergelijken met een ontbijt voor 2 personen natuurlijk. Al met al zeer slechte ervaring dus.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in der obersten Etage kein Aufzug mehr vorhanden. Gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. Parkplatz etwas versteckt. Zu wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer verteilt. Sehr warm. Kein Fliegengitter im Fenster.

สถานที่โดยรวมถือว่าดี ความสะอาดของห้องพักก็ดี พนักงานต้อนรับก็ช่วยเหลือดีในการตอบคำถามต่างๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างน่าสงสัยเพราะมีกิจกรรมมากมายใน Reeperbahn เองในตอนกลางคืน ซึ่งอาจจะไม่ดีสำหรับคนนอนหลับยาก สำหรับอัตราส่วนราคาต่อความเพลิดเพลิน: 4/5

Booked B&B hotel hamburg, as a last minute deal, this is a clean and mordern hotel, which is located outside of the main ***** in hamburg, which had good transport links or walking distance if you dont mind walking. Easy self checking when you arrive, we booked a double room, which was pleasant enough. Room is keyless but code pad required, so you'll need to write the number down or take a photo. There was no tea or coffee facilities or bottled water, but for the price dont blame them. Cosy double bed, nice shower. We didnt have the breakfast but did look yummy as we left. Would encourage a stay here, but we did experience noisy neighbours in the morning, who allowed their children to run up and down at 6:45am two days in a row!!! And yes it was the weekend, respect clearly wasnt top of the parents minds sadly. Room was also quite hot, despite turning the heating off, was still quite hot with no function to turn down. Was on a main street so unless you want to feel like your sleeping on the street ask to be located to the rear (not street side). We did have a pleasant stay here and feel others would have a good time too.

We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg.
